Booked for the kids area but the entire hotel was nicer than expected. We enjoyed the room, hot spring pools, and kids area. Also could walk to quite a few things.

As a family,we are comfortable with the bigger size of the room,the breakfast was superb,with many options and the hotspring spa we enjoy so much

The staff in the game room were excellent with the kids. Breakfast staff were also amazing and attentive. We stayed in the themed family room and the room comes with lots of kid amenities including kid slippers and robes and tons of toys and books. And even a stool for the bathroom. The scented pools kinda gross me out but I knew that was the hot tub situation before staying. The color and scents are off putting but this is personal preference. The breakfast is mediocre and very sugar-forward but overall it’s ok.

Great destination for family. We loved getting to use the hot springs and kids play area multiple times. Breakfast was epic. Really comfortable beds. Some struggles with communication because of us not speaking Chinese.

The breakfast spread was lovely, fresh and varied. Fun for children to pick their own. Loads of activities within the hotel, great food options and multiple convenience stores within walking distance. Very spacious room. Three minutes walking distance from railway station. The outdoor children playground area was the only unsheltered area, making the amenity less usable when it’s drizzling or windy.

Breakfast was insanely extensive; never seen anything like it. Great! And the children's area was the highlight of the whole trip for my son. The pools were delightful. The ability to check in and go straight to the spa - was not very well organised.

The location was very convenient, right outside the train station and walking distance to many food options. The hot spring was fun for families. The price was on the high when we were there in January. There was no free drinking water for the hot spring guests.

Nice hot spring pools. The different themed pools were a nice touch. Very nice kids play area and kids-friendly. Great breakfast buffet. The entire hot spring area is rather small and gets crowded easily, especially as the hotel allows for day guests who do not stay in the hotel. The kids play area could also be larger. The price is rather expensive for Taiwan.

Awesome room, very colorful and kid friendly. The hot springs were great with changing rooms and fresh water showers. The breakfast was great so much to choose from . Highly recommend this hotel.
