Location, service, breakfasts All was good

LEAST welcoming hotel I’ve ever been to. Also the bathrooms in the room smell like sewage.

Watching the sunset from the pool on the second-floor balcony was unreal — truly one of the highlights of the trip and 100% worth it. The views are spectacular, the staff are amazing, and the fact that you can stay and enjoy the hotel all afternoon after check-out is such a great perk. Nothing

Everything was perfect, the staff was really good, especially Sidney and Cristina who helped me with everything I needed. Highly recommended.

The location and the access to the sea. Top room with a swimming pool seems useless. Much better a nice varanda to seat and appreciate the beauty of the place

Great place but, once we went to shower, there was a syringe on the bathroom floor and a spider hanging from the air conditioning unit. They had just finished cleaning the room when we complained, the lady that checks the cleaning after the cleaners, was completely unprofessional. She insinuated that the syringe wasn't there, and accused us of lying because of her lack of attention to checking if the room was clean and ready for the next guests.

Property is ice and location for me was the best of all Jeri. but that being said they should have warned us that there was construction going on or are least given us a price reduction as they started banging around at 7:30 to 8:00 am every day this is very frustrating when you go out the night before and you are on vacation and you want to sleep-in and its impossible.

Everything ! Amazing place !! Nice people ! Easy to walk and good food! Location ! Staff ! Perfect ! I do recommend this paradise !! And will back ASAP !! Nothing bad to report !!

Nice location. Good stuff. Perfect sunset view. Good massages. Some furniture looks broken. You can see paint on all the switchers and mirrors. Locker in gym room inverted - you can come in but can’t go out without your key. Some corners are full of dust. Quality of served dinner could be better.

We got the room with the private pool and it was nice, the pool has a beach view so it was very relaxing. The size of the room was great, the air conditioning was really good as well. The common areas were also good, although I missed to have more pool chairs for sunbathing. The room cleaning was impeccable! I believe the hotel should review some policies for customers arriving after regular working hours. The night staff could use more support from managers or have more autonomy for decision making in specific situations. We didn’t receive basic information on our arrival, for example the breakfast hours or WiFi password, however this didn’t spoiled our stay, we had a great time and were looked after all the time. The shower in the room could be stronger.

The hotel is so pretty! Very comfortable and great location! We stayed in one of the bottom rooms, and honestly, we couldn't have picked a better room. The breakfast was delicious! And the staff was so friendly and nice!!! the breakfast waiters and the afternoon bartender were the best!!! Loved this place! I wished our balcony door had a lock

Nice view Poor. Leakage in the corridor, always wet and nobody cleaned up. Poor breakfast, awful bread. Nothing fresh. Restaurant is dark and outdated.
