Located at the Jericoacoara's main beach, offering views of the Atlantic Ocean and Por do Sol Dune, Casa de Areia features modern accommodations, an outdoor pool, a private beach area with parasols and sun loungers. Beautiful location right on the beach; fantastic room - beautiful bathroom, massive, comfy bed. Great breakfast and super helpful staff. Being able to be on the beach in 30 seconds was a massive treat. Zero soundproofing. The rooms at the front (8 and 9) are exposed to first the music from the restaurant between 18-22, then to the pagode from the stage on the beach until 1-2 am. Maybe the rooms at the back are better, I’m not sure. There is an opening on the staircase leading up to the rooms which overlooks the stage and the sound travels beautifully straight from the beach to the rooms.

Beach front, very comfy bed, spacious room, nice sunbeds. Well had an issue with the AC that was promptly solved. Staff is very friendly for the most part (shoutout to Gustavo!) VERY noisy all day; room was a bit rundown (walls and leakages); breakfast is very simple and not like the pictures. Hotel bar is extremely overpriced (and so is the master suite). We left our bags at the reception after checkout and they were left in the heavy rain for 2 hours. WiFi doesn’t work in the master suite.

I love this little gem on the beach 2 min walk from the main square. The staff was super nice and helpful. The restaurant offers very good dishes. The breakfast is right on the beach. The room was big with a lot of shelves and in the bathroom they had cotton pads and robes.

Incredible penthouse room and terrace with a private paddling pool and view. Super attentive staff and brilliant facilities. Wish we could have stayed longer. The music on the beach goes on to 2am - obviously not the hotel's fault but one to be aware of if that would concern you.

A wonderful place, close to the stores and little shops. If you get there, you must ask about Frank a very friendly barman who will help you with all your needs.

The breakfast was definitely awesome just like the dinner, Staff attention and view at the morning. If you desire a stay with comfort, breathless view and high level of concierge, you will definitely find it here. A small point was that pillows and outside net was found with few dirty stains and a kind of staff room was front of my door, decreasing the privacy. Considering that we are five meters from the sand, within the beach, and all good things that you will find, this is pretty small detail. Thank you all Staff team who supported me with wedding proposal to my love. It was very special. I do highly recommend this place. Nothing

My girlfriend and I stayed 3 nights in the fantastic master suite. The best view you can get, the hotel location is perfect on the beach. Large room with a superb shower. You have your own private terrace with a small pool where you can lie and watch the beautiful sunset. My girlfriend and I strongly recommend staying here.

The location was great, the staff super friendly and helpful. I sprained my ankle and couldnt have hoped for a better place to stay, everyone was attentive. The owner helped too and was very attentive. Great food and massages

Wow ? an incredible hotel in an incredibly beautiful setting. The view from the veranda to watch the sunset was something quite spectacular. The service of the hotel staff was impeccable and everything combined to make a magical holiday. nothing worth mentioning.

Plenty of options available for breakfast. Five types of juices and alongside with freshly made eggs/omeletes/tapioca. The breakfast time is just perfect. Great experience and everything exceeded expectations. I believe the cost of the Casa de Areia is a little bit high however the place if right in front of the beach. They say you get what you paid for. So it is possible to pay way less with other places but they will not offer the same experience.
