Pousada Carioca - Pousada de Charme

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is lovely and unique. The garden is beautiful, and the breakfast was way beyond our expectations. The staff was kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Nice location, very good breakfast, great beds and clean. By the photos, I was not expecting such a dark room. The windows are turned to the entrance corridor, so you can't really just open it or people are looking into your room. Thus, its dark and you need always light. Also, it got a bit noisy with people passing there and using the digital locker to open the door.

This Pousada is located not so far from the most animated part of Jeri, but not noisy. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was large and confortable, but not luminous. The small garden of the property is nice and well maintained. Breakfast is generous. Room is a bit dark, but you don't care, you're in Jeri and out all of the time ;-) Price is quite high compared to similar pousadas in villages around, but OK it is Jeri...

The property is way more beautiful in person than in the photos. Its like a little heaven on earth! The property is very well maintained and you can even tell just from walking through the door. The location is great as it’s not right next to the bars so it’s relatively quiet but it’s very very close to all bars and restaurants. The staff are the kindest people I’ve met. It was my birthday and I was travelling solo so they made a surprise cake for me on the day of my birthday. They were all extremely kind people. The property is very clean which is important for me. The breakfast is incredible! They make everything from scratch so it’s all very fresh and each day is different. I absolutely loved the breakfast! So overall I felt like I was at home the whole week I stayed there. I would highly recommend it and if I go back to Jeri I will stay there again no doubt! nothing it was perfect!

the facilities, the proximity to the center, and more importantly the staff who is very helpful and welcoming. In addition, the breakfast is à la carte which makes it special and is very good on the top of that.
