The breakfast. The soundproofing was a nightmare. We have had two horrible night. Our neighbours were noisy for a good part of the night. I recommend to validate with the staff for a room without communicate door.

Very well priced accommodation with plenty to offer. Beautiful rooms, amazing friendly staff and an overall gorgeous complex. very dreamy- wish we had time to stay longer

The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful! The size of the room was lovely, and I liked the size of the pool and how it was well-shaded. The rooftop cafe during breakfast was very peaceful. The breaker kept tripping, but we didn't have many lights on, chargers plugged in, etc. The secondary safety latch lock was broken and the sliding glass doors didn't link up very well for a solid seal. The bed was two pushed together and uncomfortable. The bathroom shower had low water pressure and overall didn't have a great set up.

Super private. Hidden down a windy little road. It’s quite beautiful inside with a calm atmosphere. We really appreciated the rooftop dining and views. Breakie was so good. I highly recommend the avocado toast ?? Staff were super friendly. Very accommodating. Favorite surprise was our outdoor bathroom. Silly but fun. I loved feeling like I was showing outside. The beach is a brisk 15 minute walk. We got a lounge at the Jimbaran Beach Club. Overall, Del Cielo is the perfect stay for comfort, accommodations, and privacy. We loved it!

All hotel facilities are in excellent condition. The staff were very kind and friendly. The room was clean, and the open-air bathroom was perfectly designed.

The AC in the room cannot adjust temperature. The bathtub is not functioning well as it cannot hold water. The surrounding of the hotel is a bit dodgy as there are people sitting on the road at night

It is very private and cosy. The breakfasts are served on the rooftop with an amazing view. Probably the highest point in that area do you can see the whole area from there - just stunning! We liked everything!

Nice rooftop restaurant. Great pool. Too far from other restaurants, the beach, shops. Air conditioner did not adequately cool room due to poor placement.

The view from the terrace over Jumbaren Bay by night and day was beautiful!!! well sadly there’s so much to list !!! we booked for 5 nights but requested to leave within 2 hours of arriving and checked out after one night !!’ so these are the key issues and problems with this property!! let me say the staff were amazing and understanding but the problems at this property rest with the owner and manager !!! so : 1.Room Unclean - rooms dirty ,curtains ripped had to wear our thongs in shower moss growing on shower towels smelt dirty , hand towel freyed bed short sheeted 2. safety issues safe not secured down in wardrobe and doesn’t lock pool filter not working and scimmer box not working sliding glass doors don’t close properly to the rooms big gaps some deck boards not fixed down this property needs a good spring clean and some love and attention to detail , it also needs repairs and maintenance immediately!!!!! not sure how this property received a 4 star rating !!! As we checked out after such a short stay another couple also did for same reasons as us I feel so sorry for the staff who constantly made apologies to us and clearly see guests come and go early as we did !!! Don’t even start me on the breakfast which was included !!!! Also for a 4 star property only one type of alcohol on offer and it wasn’t Bintang !!!!!
