Exceptional service easily one of the best parts of the stay. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful, comfortable, and luxurious villas. - The location is the biggest drawback. Almost every trip takes 40+ minutes (it takes mire than 1 hour to go to places like Seminyak and Canggu), making it inconvenient for exploring Bali. - The pool and beach were underwhelming compared to the rest of the resort. - Feels somewhat overrated, especially for a trip with friend. - I also had the Baby Roasted Chicken at Sundara, the resort’s beachfront restaurant, and unfortunately suffered food poisoning afterwards, which negatively affected the rest of my trip. While I can’t say with absolute certainty that the meal was the cause, the timing strongly suggested it.

There isn’t a rating high enough to do this hotel and its staff justice. The experience was simply exceptional, and now I’m afraid I may never experience this level of hospitality anywhere else. From the breathtaking views and stunning villas to the endless activities that can be effortlessly booked through the hotel’s app, every detail is designed to perfection. I arrived well before the scheduled check-in time and was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was already ready. Not only that, but I was also upgraded from the room category I had originally booked. Vivi and Antoni warmly welcomed me, helped me settle in, and surprised us with thoughtful gifts, treats, and a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. To make an already unforgettable stay even better, I was granted a complimentary late check-out, allowing me to relax and enjoy my final day before heading to my late-night flight. Special thanks to Danhi at the front desk, whose dedication and willingness to help made this possible. Do yourself a favor and book this property. Spend the extra money and experience for yourself what makes a Four Seasons stay so extraordinary. The world-class service is only enhanced by the genuine warmth and kindness of the Balinese people.

Good breakfast, excellent gym with well-equipped facilities, and outstanding service from Desu, who took great care of us throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing, with a large swimming pool. Sundara Restaurant is also lovely. The price is on the higher side, but it’s well worth it if you value exceptional service and a memorable overall experience from the moment you step into the hotel. Non

The only downside is that you get used to such a level of excellence far too quickly.

The beach is really disappointing. We decided to book this hotel based on the beach pictures shown on booking.com but the reality is totally different: not a private beach but a public beach with a lot of locals in front of the hotel. The water is brownish. It was much better to book a hotel in Uluwatu or Nusa Dua where the beach and view are much nicer

EVERYTHING. ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. Every single employee we encountered since the second we checked in, until we had to leave were simply AMAZING. The service and the amenities were flawless. The spa was mindblowing. We were pampered and taken care of at all times. Nothing.
