Great stay and very good value for the price

Good clean simple hotel

Parking for car was tight but ok. Everything great, stayed an extra day

No window and a very small room with a bad smell

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable!

Very modern property with two relaxing pools and extremely friendly staff

The property itself was great. The location was a little off the main road but still accessible. The room we were given (room 101) was right next to the security key fob/coded door to the main complex and pool area. Every time someone used the door the keypad would chime with an irritating beeping melody that could be heard in the room. We asked to change rooms however there were available rooms of our type left and were told we would need to upgrade and pay an additional 1.2m Rp, which we did not do. We asked them to silence the door sound but they were not able to. We had to sleep with ear plugs. Otherwise the stay was ok.

Staff is welcoming and tried to help but they could't fix the problem with dirty towels and bedsheets as replacements were of the same quality. Room was very small and dirty, towels and bedsheet was very old and with spots.

Netflix on tv and close to GWK cultural park. For the price the room was okay with a double bed, tv and bathroom. The location of this hotel was terrible, it was set behind a main road, almost in a housing estate not for tourists. Me and my boyfriend booked this hotel for 2 nights, purely to stop over, with the purpose of then travelling further down to Uluwatu. However we checked out after the first night. The noise is horrendous outside the hotel, dogs barking and screaming, people shouting, motorbikes constantly racing down the road, we hardly slept. Additionally, when we first got to the hotel, we checked in and went to GWK cultural park, when waiting for our bikes to come there where packs of wild dogs fighting. When walking back to the hotel me and my boyfriend where actually scared, there where multiple packs of dogs fighting, with many of them injured. There is rubbish everywhere and the smell is terrible. When we got back to the hotel, we where basically locked in the room the whole night due to being scared to leave, there where 30+ lizards, moths, spiders etc outside of our room because of a light that was positioned right by us. It was not a great stay at all. Don’t get me wrong it was pretty cheap, but the room was covered in ants, the aircon sounded like a plane engine and we didn’t feel safe.

The rooms are compact and perfect. The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff is very nice and are keen on helping you with anything you want or need. The price for the room is amazing. Definitely coming back again when I visit Uluwatu again Nothing

hard to reach as a pedestrian

Restaurant with cheap food included after a late arrival. Very friendliy stuff at reception . They organized a scooter for a good price. Room was very small And without proper window (not able to open and very small) Pillows were to big for me. But bed was very comfortable

Staff wouldn't help book a driver for us. Location not the best.

The location is not very close to any of the beaches, but it's near the University, so there are lots of local restaurants, and there's also a small shopping mall nearby, the pool was under maintenance, there's a small restaurant at the hotel, and the room was clean and bright, it's a good choice for the money overall. The design of the bathroom is a little weird, the shower place has no curtain or door so water would flood all over the bathroom if you don't pause during the shower

The hotel is very clean, the room is well equipped and quiet (even though we were staying on the street side, we were not bothered by cars or motorbikes). The staff is also very nice and reactive, and the pool is beautiful. The location is quite central if you want to explore.tje area, super close to gwk park. The location is a bit far from the beaches, it's at least 20 min scooter drive, but then we knew it when we booked. There are 2 cages with snakes inside that are a bit small and in the sun most of the day, it feels a bit sorry for the snakes.
