Rooms and pool, lovely staff

Loved this place! It was the first villa we stayed at ever in Indonesia. The villa was nice, big, and beautiful. I had never stayed at a place like this before. The bathroom was beautiful and long. The bed was big and comfortable. I loved that there were windows that opened up to the pool! The bugs, lol! I woke up the next morning and saw a millipede friend on the floor near the bed. I know bugs are unavoidable, but the structure of the villa had so many cracks and crevices for them to crawl through. The staff is really nice and helpful when it comes to mosquitos though! They would come and light a coil for us when requested. They even include a bug spray for you to use around the villa and a mosquito repellent to spray on yourself. Everything was amazing about this villa, the restaurant, pools, room service. Just wish there were no bugs! Lol.

The locations and the entrance of hotel is quite small

The room was very large. The attention to detail was evident. The Balinese decor is unmatched. I really can’t say enough good about our short stay here. It’s a good location for a commute to the airport but not so good for exploring Nusa dua.

Openness, and the park-like surroundings with walk-ways and many details, statues and pools, plants,flowers and trees. Close to paradise.

The location was great with open space and many places to walk. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The food was great and fresh every meal. The room was dusty and there were stains on towels and sheets. Other hotel guests smoke outside my room.

Very nice property, the garden with the pool is especially beautiful.

My stay at Alindra Villas & Spa was nothing short of enchanting. Tucked away from the bustling crowds, this property is truly a hidden gem—a sanctuary where nature and luxury intertwine seamlessly. As part of a mother-daughter trip, we were at the end of a three-week island-hopping adventure, and Alindra was the perfect finale, especially with its proximity to the airport. As soon as we stepped through the entrance, it felt like we’d entered a Balinese paradise. The beautifully landscaped gardens and tranquil pool create an atmosphere of rustic elegance that is both welcoming and calming. It’s the kind of place where stress simply melts away; there's a certain zen energy that permeates the air. We booked a one-bedroom villa, and I was absolutely blown away. The spaciousness and authentic Balinese decor exude both style and comfort—a perfect representation of local artistry. Each detail reflected the rich culture and craftsmanship, making our stay feel like a genuine Balinese experience. I can't recommend Alindra Villas & Spa enough for anyone looking to escape into tranquility and luxury. It was phenomenal, and I left with my heart full and my spirit rejuvenated. Not possible.

AC very cold and big room Mosquitos and have a lot of 1000 legs warm and bidet sling is very stiff

The property was clean, huge, new and awesome everything for personal need was available as well as they give us a barrel of water for the full accommodation. They provide a delicious free breakfast everyday and big variety of food. Nothing, it was perfect

The gardens and grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept. The Terracotta Prime Suite was wonderful, spacious, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was a great addition to the stay. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food served in the restaurant could be improved, options are limited and flavor was lacking on a majority of dishes tried during our stay. The cocktails also left a lot to be desired

Beautiful and peaceful spot. The grounds were spacious and tranquil. Close to everything including airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any queries. Highly Recommend.

Beautiful property There was some dust under furniture. Restrooms need some maintenance

Breakfast was decent. Pool seemed clean. Toiletries were provided. Bedding and towels were clean. Long waiting time at the reception for check in, although we checked in after 4 pm. Despite giving clear instructions at the reception about not serving beef at breakfast next morning, I was served beef. They replaced the breakfast after I insisted. The spa manager/ reception person must ask our preference (male/female masseuse) before booking a spa session. They have no male masseuse available (we had no idea about this). Despite confirming the appointment only 3 hours prior to spa session, they told us they will charge a 30% cancellation fee. They kept hurrying us up, showed no consideration or respect (the spa providers and reception person laughed at us, at my elderly parents too). They provided only 45 mins of spa instead of 1 hour (said we wasted 15 mins to clear the confusion regarding our spa appointment). The ethnic villa has some very old furniture, dusty corners and lacked adequate maintenance. Hardly any charging points available. Despite never requesting for room service/cleaning, the manager sent someone to clean our rooms while we were at the spa. They opened our villa with their own keys. This is extremely inappropriate and I wonder if they would take responsibility for loss of any valuables or money. Although the person cleaning the room was quite polite and did a good job, it is very irresponsible on the part of the manager to do this.
