Property had parking, AC, Hot water in shower, fridge Room was very dirty. Had to request for beds sheets to be changed as they were stained and covered in hairs, they change but they were still stained. There was never anyone at reception, we extended an extra night due to visa requirements but under a different name- went to reception 3 times in the morning to tell them and try to pay but there was never anyone there. Tried calling different numbers and texts but no answer so we got on with our day. When we came back in the afternoon the receptionist was banging on our door asking if we had a late check out, tried to explain several times we had a new booking but there was a language barrier. Photos on booking need to be updated to realistic ones and building is now very worn,

This accomodation had helped me a lot when i arrived at Taman Griya in the middle of night. I owe massive thanks to the owner who picked my call up in middle of night. I had no idea where i supposed to stay if she didn't pick my call up. She is so fast respon. The room which i stayed is super clean. Hot water worked super well. The staffs are so polite. I had very comfortable bed. Thank you!!!! It would be better if you provide ashtray in the front of room as we ain't allowed to smoke inside.
