The room was amazing, so big and bright. Also all the other facilities present, like the pool and spa We could only get lukewarm water, which was especially underwhelming when we tried to draw a bath in our fabulous bathtub in the room. We then also found out that the water was basically brown. Sheets were unfortunately not clean.

We stayed one night. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good lots of choices. The room was dark. There was not a lot of natural sunlight. The hotel was far away from the quiet beach however it was easy to take an Uber.

HOT HOT HOT. Stairs were so painful to step on you have to wear shoes all the time to go up and down to the bathroom at night. There are no sidewalks near the hotel so it feels unsafe to walk to nearby shops and restaurants - so you are stuck riding the golf cart to their restaurant which is just okay.

Kupu Kupu Jimbaran was an absolute delight! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had such an authentic Balinese feel—it felt like stepping into a little oasis. The staff were wonderful—genuinely warm, attentive, and always happy to help. The infinity pool? Stunning. I could’ve floated there all day pretending I had no emails to return. Only one tiny surprise: no toilet spray! For a place that nails every other detail so well, I half expected a gold-plated one! Still, a fantastic stay and I’d return in a heartbeat. N/A

We loved our room, very spacious, clean and lovely lighting. Staff were all very kind and helpful. Breakfast was simple and a great set up for getting you out to explore. We enjoyed the buggy service down to beach restaurants each night.

A wonderful stay, highly recommend. Great location, very welcoming hotel. Arrived late at night having travelled by myself feeling a little apprehensive, however hotel is close to airport ie 15 minutes. Has 24 hour swimming pool. Was given a welcome juice and dessert, very refreshing and relaxing in cool hotel. Staff were sooooo nice. Details of hotel were explained clearly by hotel at checkin. Location is great, restaurant next door and around corner is Italian restaurant, indian restaurant, chocolate Cafe plus chemist, minimart (with atm), money exchange, other direction is 10 minutes walk to beach where I had breakfast included in my hotel booking. I could have breakfast at hotel or beach. Very hearty choice or breakfast. Hotel even gave a complimentary dinner at indian restaurant (I just had to pay for any drink, approx idr 5,000 for soft drink., about aud 5 ). Pool is approximately 1.2 meters deep, which means I could stand , swim or float anywhere. (Wonderful to beat the humidity). Location is great if you want to do seafood restaurant location for dinner. Stayed in deluxe room in uluwatu suite. Great air con, peaceful balcony, huge bathroom. Comfy large bed, free bottles of water. Felt welcomed every time I walked in hotel and room quickly became home. Hotel is about 15 minutes from airport,. Can also walk to shopping complex 'Samastabali'. Higly recommended hotel. Leaving

Great bedding and room structure. Staff are super friendly and easy to talk to. Breakfast could be better.

Exceptional

Great location for an overnight stopover, close to the airport We had a really good discounted price, I wouldn’t have stayed if we paid full price and I don’t think the property is worth full price rates (at the time we booked).

Very nice and large family rooms, in typical Balinese style. Staff very cooperative to manage our late evening departure. Very nice, but expensive for Bali standards, spa. Restaurants are ok but they might be with some more personalized flavour to be in line with the hotel category.

Everything was beautiful and the staff were exemplary!

The hotel is very nice - room was comfortable and big, decorated in traditional style, stuff is great, kind and polite. All were clean, breakfasts were tasty and had choices. Unfortunately we didn’t like Jimbaran beach, but the beach club is good. All was very comfortable and we enjoyed everything in the hotel.

I have been in lots of 4/5 stars hotel around the world but kupukupu jimbaran is one of the best so far All the employees are so dedicated nice and helpful The design and the decoration of the hotel are stunning Room was clean you can find everything you need at your disposal Clean and big pools Breakfast was tasty and you have the option to take it on the beach This is the best place I stay in Bali Special mentions to Deni, able to talking in French which was very helpful also i would like to say to Andri and Donald a big big thanks for their kindness Hope to see you soon Nothing i recommend it at 100%

Excellent staff, especially Henry, and a beautiful, spacious room nothing

Spacious room (with we had a rooftop villa) and beach club area at the local beach. This was a real plus, with loungers and direct access to the beach and seafood restaurants. Very close to the airport so would be an ideal spot to start or end a holiday Needs some general maintenance and cleaning, nothing too difficult just a bit of TLC
