Bed was comfortable, room size was ok. Polite and friendly staff, close to the airport Booked a double, got a twin, everything looked dirty including walls, towels, shower. Curtains which covered the window into the main corridor didn't shut properly, door handle coming off. Photos must have been taken some years ago

Good value for money. Near Badung Collection good things to buy there and very near Jimbaran Beach. They can put more lights in the room.

The location was good. The hotel was not clean, and I and my family feel not comfortable. We booked for 2 nights, but we just stayed for a night, and find the other better one on the next day.

The location is very convenient (near airport, near restaurants). Very clean and tidy room, the room is also large enough for two. The TV is also a smart TV, and there is water dispenser too. there is no refrigerator, no handsoap.

The room was good and located near the main road, easy access to Kedonganan beach. Some items were missing from the room upon check-in, like tissue or slippers.

The room I stayed in was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. I really liked it. The bathtub on it was great and worked perfectly The bed was comfortable and I slept pretty well. People at the front desk were very nice and helpful and the check in was really fast and smooth The cleaning staff were great and very friendly The breakfast is very, and I mean very, lackluster. You get about 2 different fruit types total, and even then only like a plate of them for everyone. You get barely any sweet options other than bread and jam. Either juice concentrate or water. And some tea and coffee. The other places I stayed in Bali offered amazing breakfast so maybe I just expected too much but breakfast here is certainly not worth it The pool isn't really a pool. It's very shallow, there are two stickers next to it saying it's in maintenance (?) even though it really doesn't look like it and the worst part. IT'S RIGHT NEXT TO THE BREAKFAST AREA. Seriously the pool is 3 meters away from the breakfast tables and like 10 meters away from the reception. Noone and I mean noone would ever swim in it. I don't know why they even bothered building it, maybe so they can say they have one? Trust me, if you're booking this place for the pool don't bother, it might as well be a koyfish pond

Really good location, big hotel nice rooms The pool was in the main lobby and where breakfast is served so we weren't keen to use it

Big room and nice location. Staffs are friendly. There is something bad smell in our bathroom though quiet big and rooms as well. Also seems our lights are not working though just a night to stay.
