Location suit me well Dirty, feels dusty and smelly room, road noise.

the most disgusting hotel in the entire world.. i get sick from how filthy the hotel is.. don’t get scammed by how cool the pictures are. I have pictures i can show.. i’ll tell you my simple story.. as i checked in.. the staff are nice.. welcoming.. with smiles.. after entering my room.. and i laid on my bed.. it was really bad smell coming from all over the pillows! i was like ok I’ll ask them to change it for new one.. after.. i asked them clearly.. bring me brand-new one. they just changed it. The smell didn’t go away. after checking inside the pillows i just got sick.. It’s so bad.. i really tried everything to just let it slide.. i couldn’t. i booked 4 nights. and i was so tired. I never slept even a bit. in the morning i just searched for another hotel. then i asked for the manager. told her my story. She was nice. She offered to bring new ones. at this point. I said no thanks. old hotel. it’s not even worth almost 70$ per night. The manger she was nice.. i told her.. if i don’t get refund.. I’ll put my story in booking.. she didn’t really care. As soon as we arrived at the premises...the hospitality and the ambiance greeted us all at once. We were just amazed by the welcoming feelings from the staffs and as we entered the family suite room ... all of us were so impressed ... well done !! Our family stayed there for about four days and next time we come to Bali ... Watermark Hotel definitely will be our home . We wished the main swimming pool and recreation area were finished.

The staff were pleasant and very kind. Very close to the airport. The bed was so big and they responded to our honeymoon request. They also were responsive by getting us meds at 4am. Pool is under renovation and the toilet area seemed a bit small.

Breakfast was good enough, however every single day it had a same meals. Staffs were very kind and friendly Pool was in mainentance. There were always running pool construction work, it was being noisy everyday.

The room isn't soundproof, so you might hear your neighbor.

Improve the coffee shop's menu. Please put a towel hanger in the bathroom

Clean & great friendly staff. Booked a suite as it seemed good value for money. Lovely big room but was surprised to find no towel rail in the bathroom. Tiny fridge also.

The pool is incredible — I spent hours reading, swimming, and relaxing there. The hotel truly has everything you need: multiple restaurants, room service, a convenience shop, and a gorgeous pool. The beach is just a short distance away, and they even provide a free shuttle. There’s also an ATM right outside the resort with a security guard on duty. The food was amazing, and the service went above and beyond. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and the beds were super cozy. We did have a small issue with our AC, but the staff immediately moved us to another room without any hassle. We even had a lovely view of the Bali Statue at GWP. A special thank you to Dewi, Willy, Riga, Aidi, Diva, Desi, Macho, Ayu, Eka, Suja, Shogun, Suitra, Suliatra, Artama nd Kaier and everyone else (apologies if I missed anyone!) for making our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to come back and visit our Watermark family again! I don't have any cons!

The STAFF was OVERALL EXCEPTIONAL AND VERY ATTENTIVE AT ALL TIMES!!!! Very friendly front desk staff, in the restaurant senses and the Japanese, including the spa staffing!!!! It was a very pleasant stay and OVERALL at the end of stay, on the last day staff was VERY ATTENTIVE and ensured we departed back home the best way possible, 5 out of 5 stars!!! I would only say some of the towels have a bad odor to them HOWEVER, call front desk to replace and IMMEDIATELY fresh towels were brought to room. The ones needed to be replaced and taken out of rotation look yellowish already.

I loved the staff and my suite was huge just like the picture. The location in jimbaran is also pretty good I took a scooter everywhere because I was a solo traveler so it was perfect for me. I loved the roof top pool and their restaurant had some great food too. There is also food available through the gojek app and it comes super quick! A lot of restaurants and salons in the area and I also went to the hotel salon! It was amazing. I loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Very quiet and tucked away so you can rest but easy to get to activities and beaches. I wish the gym had heavier weights and more machines but it wasn’t a big deal.

Biggest bed in the world! Super comfy beds in a great location, 15 minute walk to Jimbaran Beach and short ride from the airport. We chose to stay here because of convenience (overnight heading to the ferry the next morning) and it was brilliant. Hotel is dated, but they are doing their best. It's always obvious in the bathrooms. Didn't really use the hotel, can't comment on the facilities. We checked-in, had dinner, crashed and left early the next morning.

This is my 2nd time at Watermark, and it was just as good as the first time. Very clean, friendly staff and located close to airport which is good as I an early flight. Love the rooftop pool, great place to catch the sunset. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Very good location and customer service was excellent. Great pool. Some of the fittings are very old. Need refurbishment.

The location was nice and close to the airport , staff were nice and the pool was great Some of the rooms looked worn, coffee machine didn’t work, breaky was average.
