Arrived to the hotel, with an active reservation, they rejected us because in the system we were "canceled". Booking did a great job in supporting us.

When I arrived at the reception at night, I was told that all the rooms were full, even though I had already reserved a room and paid for it online.

Big space villa. No drink dispenser, no silverware in the kitchen and building needs to be renewed.

- Spacious and pleasant-smelling three-bedroom villa. - Friendly staff members. - Fridge provided in the room. - Good hot water and non-slip tiles in the bathroom. - Pool maintenance and kids enjoying the pool area. - Inadequate air conditioning in some bedrooms. - Bugs found on daughter's bed. - Lack of a microwave for reheating food. - Insufficient utensils and cutlery provided in the room. - Blanket too thick for the climate. - Limited coffee options at breakfast and insufficient food due to a large group of guests. - Unruly behavior of some guests at breakfast, affecting food availability and staff treatment. - Difficult parking situation with unclear signs and limited guest parking spaces. - Poor condition of nearby road, affecting accessibility to the resort.

Large room, great people, nice bar & staff with pretty pool. As many mentioned, I also e joyed great breakfast with its variety and taste. We stayed 3 nights but we could not enjoy different menus at every morning. Location was not the most convenient. But putting it aside, I have some suggestions. - may better to update reception call number on any brochures on the room - may better to consider to prepare any plate/bowel and tea spoon for the room which has kitchen - need trash bin in a room. Not only toilet disposal bin. - need refills in bath shampoos & shower gel - better not to disturb guest at early morning for your room cleaning Sorry to listed such minor points.. we just hope your upgrade to be better quality villas.

Normal hotel. The location is not good. It doesn’t really have anything around it and the street to get to the hotel are pretty ruined with holes- so it’s not pleasant on a bike or car. Not many options for breakfast. No yogurt and they only had instant coffee which I found strange. Breakfast finished at 10am which was also too early. The main entry door to the room would be with sliding doors and they wouldn’t close fully. I found it very difficult to lock it as well. Which also made it very noisy especially if someone is walking by. It takes about 10mins for the hot water to get to the shower which to me was unpleasant. Not good cleaning services. They wouldn’t change my towels and they also don’t have laundry service as described on the booking page.
