The pool is nice. Location also good. There is a staff, a girl (i guess from Timor area) who is so arrogant & rude asked me to put deposits during my stays. I already told her that i stay at this property many times, and just checked out in the morning and back checked in. It is obvious she does not understand the words "hospitality' and "regular customer" . Better for management to review her contract.

The pool Aircon It was not clean Ot was far from any place to eat No bikes availables or easy to rent better to find from.other places! Same with laundry, they tell us one price and laundry charge us double

Location is perfect. Check in process is fast. Staffs are really helpful. Pool is nice and clean. Value for money. I wish they serve breakfast .

we only stayed there overnight so we were close to airport for flight the next day . When leaving asked if they could arrange transport to airport they where there before i could finish my coffee, only wanted to charge me $4.50 but got paid a lot more, pool was good, staff where good for the price you dont expect alot so there is nothing i didnt like, only maybe having facilities to make your own coffee in the room instead or having communal facilities at reception

I like cause it has nice pool.The room and most especially toilet is clean.. I got the clog sink.

Staff was extremely rude. Tourists avoid it any cost. Staff was extremely rude wouldn't recommend this Dodgy place to any tourists. Didn't accept any card payments. Loads of drama when we try to check in requested cash. Rooms are not tidy as photos. Maintenance is terrible. Air conditioner not working. Hot water system wasn't working. Shower head was damaged.

Very convenient to Bali's airport. And the staff is very responsive and friendly. 24 hr Convenience stores nearby. the air-conditioning worked well. Bathroom/shower was small & simple but adequate It is on the Denpasar Bypass highway: a horribly fast and busy thoroughfare. Queen Mattress was a bit old, but the sheet (singular) was clean.
