The staff were so kind and helpful. I had only an overnight there but they still were kind & professional. They even sang me happy birthday when they learned about it. The facility was lovely, clean, and comfortable. That I didn’t stay longer.

Location is difficult to access eateries so would have to use Grab to get elsewhere, although the seafood restaurants on Jimbaran beach are close by. Breakfast with very limited choices

It was great location next to the wedding we went to and closer to nice restaurants by car, the pool was nice and outdoor area also, it’s a bit dated but fine, bed was comfy and clean, staff were incredible We stayed in a villa (the bathroom is exposed to outside, so no air conditioning in the bathroom, shower was quite mouldy which we weren’t happy with, staff couldn’t move us to another room so gave us a free floating breakfast and were very very nice in trying to make up for it)

we were able to check in earlier than expected. the staff were very kind to assist us in our check in. the private villa was very picturesque and spacious for a family of 4-6 pax. it's complete with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay however, there's still room for improvement in the current facilities of the private villa. . Overall, it was an okay overnight stay at the villa. We noticed that the the aircondition unit of one 1 of the rooms was not functioning properly (sometimes it's not working), the pool lights were also not working that time (we would have wanted to enjoy night swimming), and some of the linens were not thoroughly cleaned (there were stains?). We informed the staff and they were very responsive to all our requests (although some of the things may be beyond their control already)

We loved the villa! Welcoming and kind staff! We didn’t like the location that much, but if you have a motorbike you can move easily in the area.

A comfortable villa, good for value, clean and spacious room. Upon entering the facility there was a strong damp, musky smell that did not improve throughout the duration of my stay. I think this is because the room I was given was not aired out properly. The WiFi was also very weak. I could not get a strong service unless I go to the pool area. The kitchen was unfurnished and lacked any equipment. I think they encourage you to use the shared kitchen outdoor however it would be nice if they provided us with utensils without having to leave the accommodation room. l used the pool often, it was clean and the staff maintained the area very well and provided fresh towels everyday. The location of the villa was a bit far from main attractions, I had to use Grab service to go anywhere. Jimbaran Beach was the only nearby attraction. It's about 30 mins drive to Uluwatu. However, it provided a quiet environment and relaxing stay. If you're looking for a nightlife you might want to consider elsewhere.

Spacious and peaceful villa with all necessary amenities. Huge bedroom and bathroom. Great pool and comfortable outdoor living room with kitchen. Excellent service and friendly staff as well. The location is fantastic, easy access to beaches and nearby restaurants. The airconditioner could've been colder. Even at maximum coldness it wasn't strong enough to cool the room.

Nice small pool, relaxing vibes. You can commute easily via Grab or Gojek to the main beach or around Jimbaran and beyond. Space of room is good, although it is not a new property.
