It’s very clean and maintained, the location is excellent, has a nice gym, a swimming pool on the terrace, good parking area and breakfast with lots of regional food and fruits included and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Nothing I didn’t like anything about this property it is an old building and smells. The room is very small with no closed . The location is horrible and it is very sketchy

Good place near to the main spots in Tambau beach. The receptionist Marian(very helpful Hermana lady). waiting for food and drinks, both at breakfast and at the swimming pool area, slowness, we mentioned to reception and they will speak to people. Too pricey for the offering of things, maintenance happening during our stay, painting, issues with fallen things to the swimming pool. My wife waited for lunch which after one hour and half became dinner(and what she ordered never came to her, they cooked whatever just to shut ourselves up). Unfortunately our trip to North East of Brazil this time we faced to see this attitude in many places(justice to be made, Pipa was good), people not caring much while serving you, it would be cheaper to go to Cancun or Miami.

Location, friendly staff especially the housekeeping staff Lack of training to restaurant staff I.e explaining to guests a la carte options were available rather than not even mentioning it. Makes no sense when this is a free differentiator.
