The pool area has a great view, the lobby looks nice and The breakfast was exceptional for a 3 stars hotel (they have a chef to prepare you a fresh made tapioca). The staff was very friendly. The cleanness of the bathroom wasn’t great.

The location is perfect, the person working there are really professional and friendly from the reception to the bar and the ladies in charge of cleaning are just amazing and make sure you have everything you need in the room, even if I didn’t speak Portuguese, we found a way to communicate..the people working there deserve a special comment just for them :-)) they made the good vibes at this hotel.. Nothing, just the fact that the terrasse is not open till late for smokers, but I get that, it s for security reasons..

The area. The hotel nickel and dime you on everything, A/C didn't work properly the first night , the restaurant didn't replenish their bread options, first night dinner was something I have never seen before. They're no gourmet. Never ate again.i don't recommend to anyone. P.S. .I got sick and asked one of the front desk help to call the Pharmacy so they could deliver the the medicine and was told walk to the pharmacy. SERIOUSLY!!!!!!

Location Terrible quality/price ratio. For this price I expected more cleanliness and better breakfast. Apart from that they tried to extort some additional fees from me at checkout

The location was great, allowed for good walks up or down the beach. The breakfast had a cleanser juice that my wife loved. There was a good assortment of food. And was centrally located for the various places we needed to go to. There was a false fire alarm at 3am in the morning one the days we were there.

Just the location ... Breakfast The room, the noise from people screaming at the halls and the loud music from the big house next door. The hot beer in the roof top bar, The cold jacuzzi and the hotel need a urgent rooms updates.

The staff is super friendly and always willing to help and give us advise on where to go The hotel is not a 4 star hotel, maybe a 2 . The rooms are old and mold even after you open the windows and let the air in. A few days there was no clean towels available in the morning and we had to wait until the end of the day to get one. The bed linens on were clean but stained all over. One day we did not have water due to maintenance which I understand. I really would like to say that it was a pleasant experience because of the staff, but I definitely would not go back .

The staff was very attentive, helpful and extremely friendly. Good breakfast! Excellent location in the city. The WiFi was essentially useless. I recorded speeds of 2 mbps in the evening which, honestly, in 2022 is completely unacceptable. Since I needed internet to work, I couldn't rely on the hotel's connection and had to go across the street to the boteco to use their internet. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. UPGRADE YOUR INTERNET or do not advertise that you have WiFi. Other family members noted that the bedsheets were very old and yellow, not white.

location is very good! comfortable bed! recreation area is worst, small pool. Poor breakfast and very small breakfast room. shower with cold water for 4 days bathroom to small. staff need more practice and be more polite.

50 meters to the beach just crossing a small beach road, barracas and shops all around, free parking in basement Breakfast place quite small for all the guests and AC too cold
