Breakfast and culinary. The food served in all of the restaurants/bars were excellent. The property could benefit from some maintenance and updates. While the larger rooms are spacious, they do not offer views that justify their premium pricing. Despite being an oceanfront property, there is no beach service, and the lower-level area facing Ocean Boulevard lacks adequate seating or lounge chairs for guests to enjoy the location. Additionally, pool service ends at 7:00 p.m., and in-room coffee is available only at an additional charge. By U.S. standards, the hotel presents itself as a five-star property, but the level of service and amenities provided does not consistently align with that expectation.

Beautiful if small room. Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Roof terrace with pool was a great place to relax. Was shocked at check out to be charged for espresso capsules used in the room. In what hotel in the world does this happen? Gym is very small.

The hotel staff was wonderful, particularly Lorena and Ivanilson. They went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of and having a great time. We are not fluent in Portuguese, and Joao Pessoa in general doesn't have a lot of English speakers (which we knew going in and obviously was not an expectation). Lorena really helped us navigate, often coming from a completely different location in the hotel to ensure we were doing ok, and Ivanilson took excellent care of us during the days up at the pool. Everyone we interacted with at the hotel was friendly and motivated to ensure the guests were having a positive experience. The location of this hotel is also amazing. Highly recommend.

Breakfast; Location; Staff; View. Lack of basic services for a hotel (I had to go to a store to buy an iron for clothes); Both restaurants are overpriced for what they offer; During checkout, items that were not consumed were listed for payment.

The majority of the staff was polite and kind, but they were very slow when it came to do anything I'm at a loss for where to begin with this because from the moment we checked in, everything seemed to drag on forever. We chose to spend New Year's here, expecting all the amenities they promised, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. To make matters worse, they ended up charging us an additional 3000 Real on top of what we had already paid, simply for two people to attend the event after midnight. The manager had initially assured us it would only be 2000 Real. On top of all this, we decided to order room service a couple of times, only to wait for over two hours for the food to arrive. Not only was the delivery late, but the orders themselves were incorrect. Even when we first arrived and there were only four people upstairs, it still took over 30 minutes each time just to get a single drink.

Our room had several issues with electricity and it took several hours for them to fix. Also we had issues with hot water on the first day. They fixed but not something you would expect from a 5 star hotel, especially at this price.

hotel is really confortable, the room is really nice. Hotel has two nice restaurants the food has good quality. tue whole staff in the hotel are really kind. in overall all staff does not speak other le languages, in my case I speak Spanish, English and German but in the check in the lobby was a little complex understand all information related to hotel because the staff in the lobby just speak Portuguese. I believe that is are opportunity area to hotel staff to learn another language
