Only two blocks from the beach,close to everything. Large balcony with sea view. Hotel needs refurbishment. Breakfast room always crowded. Noise Aircon machine above my window. Old curtains. Expensive.

The hotel's breakfast is very rich in fruit, tropical fruit juices, and cakes and includes scrambled eggs, omelets and/or hot sandwiches. The waiters are very helpful, efficient, and kind. The hotel's location is ideal, two minutes from the central beach of Tambaú. The hotel is quiet, clean, and beautiful. I have no preference or suggestion. I am satisfied with the service and space.

Room was clean, breakfast was fair, good cabinets to store clothes. The front desk staff are rude, we were two guests and they refused to give us two keys (????) when I arrived at the hotel after the other guest I didn't have the key and someone had to walk me to my room to open it for me, like I was doing something wrong! I was charged R$7,00 for a small amount of filtered coffee at their restaurant. They just lose it on the small stuff and don't even try to complain, they do not care.

Location, near to Beach, close to Mc'Donalds (especially needed on a Sunday!) Lavanderia 60min behind hotel in Gas Stn.... Stayed 2 times, 2 different Rooms, room 713, Air Con very noisy in Main room and the cabinet handles are Very Sharp & dangerous for Tall people, i am 6ft 3in and i walked into the cabinet handle nearest to the door and Cut my Forehead with 1 inch Gash. Second Room 801 the Air Con did Not work in the Bedroom, at All, had to sleep in main room on a very small single bed. I used a blacklight wand on the single bed, had blood drops on the sheets and the replacement from the maid had visble blood splatter on them. *Note to Hotel...Blood Does NOT Wash Out, Sheets Must be Replaced* Hotel said there was No other Rooms avsilable. Glass in Balcony Doors too thin, let in every bit of Noise, and doors could Not be secured closed, noise from street is Terrible, cars, bikes, shouting at 3 - 4 - 5am Every Night. Restaurent Closed for Dinner on A Saturday for a Childs Birthday Party....at 7.30pm? For a Child, Really?? Then, no notice on the Restaurent Door, closed on Sunday's for Dinner. Hotel Badly Needs Upgrading...

Pool, but never used it, proximity to Supermarket, Pharmacies and the Beach. Staff were friendly and mostly Helpful. We Stayed here for 3 days when we arrived into Brazil, and before we went to Campina Grande (for 4 days) we asked for the Same rooms on the 7th floor, they said "No Problem" but when we returned they tried to put us on the 2nd floor, then the 3rd, eventually we were put into a Single bedroom on 7th floor, but had booked a 2 bed room. Was going to accept but the Safe Did not work, after failed attempts to fix we were moved to the 8th floor, this time the Safe was Locked but open, an hour later finally fixed. After dinner we went to bed, i then discovered the stains on the bed sheets and pillow, looked like Blood, i had a UV light and found traces of Blood on the bedsheets and matress. Next day when we got new sheets i used the UV Light again, one of the sheets had Blood Splater on it. For some reason housekeeping thinks they can wash blood out. On a Saturday, restaurent closed for a Childs Birthday party....at 7.30pm, Really!! Restaurent closed again on Sunday, No Notice up to say this. Had last dinner tonight in Restaurent, No Fanta, Coke or Pepsi, None At All... Lastly, No Air Con in Double Bedroom in room 801, and No Air Con at all in other room 709 (Sister in law's) both on coldest setting "16" blowing Hot Air.

Room was Huge, Kitchenette, beds were Big and Comfortable and the Location, everything nearby including Mercado's, Pharmacies and 2 blocks to the beach....actually enjoyed so much an going back in 3 days for another 3 days stay The Air Con waa very Noisy in one room and barely working in the other, i got a lot of dirt (or sand) on my feet but i could not see any in the White floors, i did not go to the beach. I had Pidgeons Cooing above my Balcony all Day, on the 7th Floor. Lastly, if you are Tall, beware the Cabinet doors above Kitchen Hatch (on Room side) i walked into one and Gashed (Cut real deep) my Forehead, still bleeding 3 days later

Staff are All very nice and helpful, I did not see any staff member NOT wearing a mask too air con is in need of repair, I had a 1 bedroom suite, with 2 single beds in main area, the Air Con in the Bedroom was very noisy and had to be switched off to sleep. and the sliding doors to the balcony cannot be locked, or secured. although everything was ok, I have seen thieves brave high floors to steal before.

Great place to stay with family, easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants and feirinha.

The whole experience was really good. The hotel is great and well located and I would like to say a huge thanks to the staff, they were all great. I liked everything and I will be back in the future for sure.
