The staff were amazing..made me feel like family! very funny.. aways happy and willing to help you with anything needed like washing.clothes ,.taxis.,advise with anything. . Also brilliant location next to lovely upmarket shops and high end restaurants..and the beach which isn't crowded like other Brazilian beaches.. I will be returning just to see the staff again !! lol leaving!!

I did not like the property. It was very noisy outside. From the pictures it looks nice but in reality it’s not!!! The cleaners and breakfast staff were the ones doing their best to make us feel better and welcome. The front desk staff were always looking mad and unpleasant. We even felt they were judgmental. Even the toilet bowl overflowed and that was after we had to change rooms. Not welcoming at all. At checkout I was charged a bottle of water that I had paid for. As I wrote, front desk proved to be incompetent. Nothing about the property. Just the cleaning staff was accommodating!
