Very good and easy to move around and maneuver for our son who is visually impaired. Very peaceful, beautiful and delicious food.

The property is beautiful. Very small and intimate. Rooms are just a few steps to pool and quaint restaurant. Loved the shower and eligant rustic decor. It does have traffic noise but it does down at night. Was not an issue for us.

Food the best

Food was delicious, cocktails were perfect, hotel grounds were gorgeous, and the staff was unbelievably friendly. Everything was SO well priced (especially the Swedish massages, which were also incredible!) Most of the staff spoke English, or otherwise were very patient with our use of a translation app. Owner was also super nice and gracious. The only issue is that it's a little hard to get around there if you don't rent a car! There's no Uber service, and no central cab service, and the city center is a little bit too far to walk. Luckily the hotel had the business card of a cab driver that basically personally drove us around the whole time, but we felt a little bad bugging him constantly. Also, Booking.com said there was a hotel shuttle, which there was not!

My wife and I booked here for just an overnight as we were just passing through. The room was in a beautiful Yurt style building with two units. Nobody was in the attached unit so it was very peaceful. The grounds are very beautiful and well cared for. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and relaxing in the evening with drinks from the restaurant. There is a restaurant onsite that served an excellent breakfast (included). We walked down the street for dinner at one of the many lakeside places. I think we should have dined at the hotel as the lakeside food was just average. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly despite my feeble attempt at Spanish. This is a super relaxing place with an onsite spa that we didn't use but it looked nice. I could see how this could be a relaxing couples romantic getaway. If we come back this way I wouldn't hesitate to book again. It was a little hard to find, the sign is set back from the main road and we passed it a few times. I was a little concerned about the noise being very close to the road but it wasn't really a factor for us. We heard a few trucks in the morning but it was very quiet all night.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Only one staff member spoke English but everyone uses their phones to translate. The breakfast was delicious and there was lots of variety to choose from. The property is a bit close to the road so there is a lot of traffic noise. I enjoyed when the birds were so loud in the morning it drowned out the cars, but thankfully they do provide earplugs.

The grounds are perfect. The huts nestled among the beautifully kept garden & trees and pool sets the mood for a little R&R. Breakfast was great and the lady who served us was very kind. I'm from Southern California, heat + wind + mountains + fire = nightmare! Ranchers nearby had a "controlled" fire. I saw flames to close for comfort and was on a mission to evacuate everyone from the premises. I was later advised it was customary and "controlled". Indeed, it was.

Such a peaceful stay. A humbling experience to have and some time to rejuvenate from everyday life situations. The staff is a huge part of welcoming you and the property is breathtaking. Food is great. No trash bins in the rooms. Only one toilet paper roll is left in the room, had to call twice during our 3 day stay.
