I was robbed (my Mastercard and they used it) inside the Hotel the day I left. Probably the boy who pick up the luggage. Too bad.

Starting from the reception the managing team was very nice and caring. We were invited to start the stay with saffron water, given a lot of support to order taxis and hints for sightseeing. There are no windows in bedrooms which is a tradition for the buildings in the area

heritage architecture, clean rooms, good service the location inside the main city with narrow streets is bit hard to find and slightly inconvenient

Location was very bad. Car could not go in, had to lug all luggage in local rickshaw which was not convenient. Would not recommend.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was comfortable in size but not what I had expected given the tariff. Breakfast was very basic and only vegetarian.

we did not take breakfast. the location is very deep inside the city centre and through auto rickshaw only staff service could have been better. the staff was not available at reception at time of exit.

The location was very convenient for reaching everything on foot, the rooftop views were stunning, the property itself is very beautiful. They served us a generous and delicious vegan breakfast every morning, and the staff were very helpful.

Beautiful place and dinesh + other members took really good care of us. Very friendly and accommodating to requests. They even suggested things to do in Jodhpur which helped us plan our stay properly.

Old, charming place with great views to the city on the roof. Exceptional service and communication from the staff. They made sure we had everything we needed.

1. Staff are good, provide good and genuine services 2. Room & washroom was clean, have plenty hot water for the shower 1. The desk in the room is not big enough for business, and the height is not tall enough too. 2. There's a wedding hall near the hotel, where the ceremony lasts till 1 pm at midnight, annoying everyone and is a very selfish act for the culture

The hotel was pleasant and clean and the staff very friendly and helpful The location. Is very bad and not accessible by car. Our heritage room bath room had 3 high steps to go down, No shower curtain and no handrail to hold on. Floor tiles very slippery when wet.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and worth staying there for a local experience. I’ve chose it because of its heritage and I would choose it again. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect! My highlight was having a delicious dinner on the rooftop accompanied by a talented local musicians. If you’re a light sleeper, you might find the walls are quite thin.
