My husband and I stayed here. The staff was able to upgrade our room to a historical suite. The room was beautiful and spacious and I enjoyed staying there. I can't speak for the other rooms. Rooftop breakfast was good with lots of options. Staff was very nice. I would definitely recommend this place.

Gorgeous room. Great location. When I booked a room, which was apparently the last room available… and then I was shown to room… the photos, made the room look large and it was a completely different room. Upon being shown a room, it was probably half the size of what the photos looked like. And at $175/night there were a few areas of improvement… the refrigerator almost did not work, and the door was falling off. And after turning on the water heater for a shower, I got barely 3 minutes of hot water.

The room style and size was awesome and the view from the rooftop restaurant was magical Check in was tricky. Despite having a confirmed booking we were rudely told we didn’t have a reservation. In room fridge didn’t work.

Very good

I would give them a 5 except for the fact they need a more robust wifi system Their provider is not doing a good job. We had trouble getting WiFi in our room though it was very good in the lobby and restaurant Very good service helpful . I would definitely stay here again Wifi

A gorgeous huge stately room full of history and delight. The Haveli had a fabulous roof restaurant with a tasty breakfast and a sweet afternoon tea in the courtyard for guests. The staff were lovely. And the best location The WiFi was terrible but they are planning to improve.

Great location - right in the middle of the part of the city that visitors are gonna want to explore. Really comfortable and calm. The staff were super nice to us, even going as far to give my wife cake for her birthday, just by looking at the date on her ID that we gave them at the beginning of our stay. Attention to detail like that is what makes a place special (also, I forgot to tell them it was her birthday, whoops). Rooftop bar and restaurant is perfect for incredible views of the city - food is good, service is good. Our room was large and full of character. The whole place is grand, but unpretentious. I'd totally recommend it. Thank you to Pal Haveli and the whole team that works there for making our stay so nice. It was generally really good - we have no complaints.

The rooms and inner courtyards are so beautiful and the views of the fort from the roof magical Really glad we chose this place Nothing at all

This heritage property is a wonderful stay and very well located in Jodhpur. The rooms are beautiful and bedding was great. After a long day of sightseeing you really do feel like you come back into a haven. It's quiet despite the hustle and bustle on it's door step. Breakfast buffet was very good value and the restaurant staff were all wonderful. Service is fantastic. Highly recommend the rooftop restaurant for dinner as the views over Jodhpur and up to the fort are truly incredible. We also enjoyed a sunset drink while we relaxed and played a game of cards. Accommodation is very well priced for the location and facilities. If you have trouble with stairs its worth noting when booking as the stairs to the upper levels are quite steep. I didn't have any issues but it's worth sharing. We had booked three rooms and my friend had a ground floor room. The room was just as stunning as ours so can confidently rate all the accommodation.

A beautiful sanctuary within a bustling city. Beautiful rooms . Helpful staff. Great rooftop restaurant We had to push a little to get a quieter room than the one first given, but they were able to do so

The only thing good of this place is the roof top restaurant which serves good food and has a nice view of the fort. The staff was helpful and polite. Had a bad experience otherwise. They have couple of heritage rooms which they display on the website but what gets allotted are verandas and corridors converted to rooms some are located in the noisy side of the town and others claustrophobic. I had specifically asked the management to share pics of the rooms allotted us, but they refused saying its against their policy. Obviously, because they have only a couple of heritage rooms and the rest are verandahs and corridors covered to serve as rooms. The one allotted to us was jarring with noise of the neighborhood and stray dogs barking till wee hours of the night. The surroundings are filthy and the roads bumpy. Place is not friendly for old and disabled people. Far too many steps to climb and that too very steep. The bathroom of the room allotted to us was almost 16 inches higher than the room and one could easily slip and fall while coming down after the shower. My suggestion to the management is please share pictures of all rooms that you have and price them accordingly. Do not fleece customers by showing them excellent heritage rooms and allotting them corridors and verandas covered to look like heritage rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at Pal Haveli. It’s a beautiful hotel and you can really feel the history in the place. The staff are very kind and helpful and make you feel very welcome. The restaurant is also brilliant. We tried kir sangri which we really enjoyed. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to stay in Jodhpur.
