Good location It was disgusting. Everyone could go inside because there is rooftop restaurant.

Evening Program at Restaurant. 3rd party restaurant had invited all outsiders guest too (not from zostel) which made few of Zostel’ guest uncomfortable. Privacy issue also arises.

The view from the hostel is amazing. The location is good, everything at walking distance. Washrooms could be more clean. Basic amenities in dorm washroom like handwash should be provided. As they have open cafe, people not staying there were walking around the hostel peeping here and there which didn't feel quite safe.

The food at the rooftop restaurant was good, the view was stunning and the entertainment program was good. The common areas and the property were well designed. The amenities in the room were absolutely disappointing and some things were gross. The tap and the shower were leaking. The mirror in the bathroom was broken from the side, and the iron frame around it had rust. The hooks inside the room was broken. Overall, as good as it was from the outside, the room was disappointing.

View was amazing from the terrace and common area was good. Outsiders are coming in the hostel and hostel is more like a hotel. No hostel vibe at that time at least. Staff was good enough but some outsiders came with the owner I guess, drank at the cafe and tried to asking girls phone number very directly.

The location in the city is good Unfortunately, it doesn't feel like a hostel. It's not intimate, staff is uninterested and common area arw unused. The terrace cafe/restaurant is just like any other and doesn't feel like it belongs in a hostel. Most imporantly, my room (Deluxe Double) was extremely noisy, party because of the staff who were speaking out loud and shutting doors very loudly. It was also very dirty and not well maintained.

The location is very near to Clock Tower. it is in the center of the city. Thy have a beautiful cafe on the rooftop with va iew of Mehrangarh. The behaviour of staff and bathroom doesn't have geysers. One of my friend has booked female dorm, but the doem mates locked the door from inside and staff was not able to help her in getting inside room. Poor Management.
