Very close to amenities. No cutlery of mini bar fridge.

Unfortunately, I was unable to enjoy my stay due to the problems I encountered with the booking, room allocation, and refund process. My experience at Inn & Out Sandton was extremely disappointing and left me feeling misled. After paying in full for my booking, I was informed upon arrival that I would need to pay an additional fee to receive the room that was advertised and booked. I was told that the room shown online was actually a double room and that I could either pay extra to keep it or accept a downgrade to a shared 6-bed dormitory room for essentially the same price. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I was informed that I would not receive a refund if I declined to pay the additional charge. The alternative offered was a downgrade that would have cost approximately R250 less per night, despite the fact that I had already paid for what was advertised as a private room. As a result, I had to find alternative accommodation at a significantly higher cost while also waiting for a refund. This created unnecessary financial stress and inconvenience. The location may be convenient, but transparency and honest booking practices are essential in the hospitality industry. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property and would advise future guests to confirm all room details and pricing in writing before arrival.

Nothing The front desk manager put me in a shared dorm after making me wait on my feet for three hours, telling me that if she let me check in at 1 p.m., she was doing me a favor—even though I had paid for a private room.

The location in clean and the cleaning service is done regulary. A good affordable choice for someone that thinks in a economy feature.

Honestly I didn’t like it, it doesn’t look the same as on the pictures and I booked for queen bed but I was given a double size bed Nothing, the rooms don’t look the same as on the pictures, there was no hot water and the staff the lady had attitude towards me the one with the dread locks she even threatened me even now I’m still scared for my life

The property was under renovations, there was so much feedback from the works

The place is easy to find. The staff is helpful. The water is hot. There's an extra blanket. There's no kitchen. Microwave is by the hall for everyone to use. No glass, no cup, NO FRIDGE. No shower gel. No kettle. No air conditioner. Bedding looks over used.
