Helpful reception staff and porter. The kettle had mold in it, and upon my request for new one, I was not only given a faulty kettle, but the delivery person for the kettle walked straight into the suite while I was showering because I didn’t answer the door in time. Absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend this stay.

Food was great. Property is old and tired and in bad need of a renovation. Aircon noise from ancient aircons kept us awake at night.

The food was absolutely delicious, huge thumbs up to the chef. I will definitely come back again for the food. It was raining, and we had to walk in the rain from our rooms to the dining area, with no shelter.

- Very friendly front desk staff esp Daniela, Jessica etc. - The shuttle drivers also were very friendly and assisted whenever I needed a pick-up or drop off nearby. - Location is convenient and not far away from Mandela Square and Sandton Mall. - The bed/mattress and pillows were very comfortable and allowed for nice and relaxing sleep overnight. - A bit of an unpleasant experience in the hotel restaurant for dinner on my first night when for some unknown reason, I was constantly overlooked/ignored by the waiters until I called them after 30 min. Guests who came after me were quickly served/attended to, but not me. Even after placing my order (vegetarian side items), the food took a very long time to come to me. They later apologized when I complained and I was offered a fruit plate as 'compensation'. - The gym is a bit small to accommodate more than 3 people training at once. - Water bottles in the gym are not refilled/replaced in a timely manner.

The waiters at the bar. The service there was excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. It made a noticeable difference in my overall experience, and I truly appreciated their hospitality. Unfortunately, my interaction with the receptionist was not satisfactory. I found the service to be lacking in professionalism and warmth, which made the check-in experience less welcoming than expected. I believe that front desk staff play a key role in shaping first impressions, so this was disappointing.

The staff were so friendly,they made my son’s birthday memorable with a free surprise cake slice and fruits and dessert platter. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay,10/10.The swimming pool looked amazing even though we didn’t have time to use it. The noise produced by the extractor in the bathroom when the light was switched on.It was a bit loud and disturbing while bathing

Nice bar area with small swimming pool and nice the free taxi service to the center. Clean and beautiful large rooms, kind personnel You can’t go around by yourself outside the property, I like to walk, but not a major thing considering there is the taxi service
