View from our room on 3rd floor during our first phase stay was not good at all

Was woken up very early by loud music played by one of the cleaner ??. I really didn’t appreciate that part , if it wasn’t for this noise would have given them a 9 score

Very nice hotel. Check in experience and dinner in the hotel felt like a busy conference center, impersonal and unfriendly. The food was good and the quality of the room was very good. Day 2 the atmosphere was better and the check out experience was more personal

very nice staff. the breakfast is very good. the restaurant is excellent and the waiters are nice and helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious. there is a free shuttle service that brings near the Mandela shopping mall. wifi is very slow. both lifts were broken at one point, so guests had to go up the stairs (in my case, 7 floors). one lift was broken in another occasion too. gym is very small.

It is amazing that this hotel is soooo much better than the Southern Sun Hyde [PARK - more on the level of the Southern Sun Arabella!

Beds were comfortable and the staffe was very helpful and friendly. Awesome location and the hotel shuttle was clutch in moving to the mall and other location nearby.

The location was fabulous; I love the bathroom and large shower. Bed was super comfortable. The fridge did not work and there was a problem with the ventilation in my room

Location is very good with nearby restaurants. Very good breakfast with variety. Very responsive staff. The shuttle bus service is great and the driver was very friendly and helpful. The drivers made every effort to ensure our safety outside the hotel. We had a couple of issues in the bathroom but they were very responsive and the maintenance guy showed up in few minutes. The beds were not very comfy.

Breakfast was ok and location excellent and very central I was offered an upgrade and only to find my original room was way better and had a view compared to the upgraded one which was facing another building.
