The location of the place is very convenient. Closer to Nelson Mandela Square. The breakfast was superb with a lot of variety. Its a problem providing water in the room. I had to request for water all the time.

I just felt like some of the front desk ladies weren't so hospitable. Its a hotel, it should make you feel so welcome.

The room was excellent. Very clean and tidy. No complaints from me. The parking underground was a bit confusing to navigate where to go in order to book in at the hotel.

The location was great Many of us slept very badly.. you can hear everything from the neighbors. The breakfast was not amazing.And some parts of the hotel have a weird layout. Really, the confort depends on the room. I changed rooms in the last day and the experience was very good in the new room..

the rooms with balcony are spacious -including the bathroom. the staff are responsive and quick to help you. throughout the morning and afternoon, they provide complimentary still and sparkling water. the breakfast options are diverse and everything i had tasted good. central location in town and quiet after hours

Superb location No assistance with luggage to the furtherst rooms on property. A fairly long way to walk if female and have luggage.

The bathrooms need an upgrade. It was all that clean.

The noise of the trolleys and bags and everything else rolling along the hallway outside our room was pretty loud. Perhaps if you look into paving over or replacing those tiles then that would fix the issue.

The location was nice, I felt safe, and the hotel was clean. I was there in the winter and it was hard to leave out of my room for dinner (in the hotel) but because the hotel has that open courtyard, we had to bundle up with out coats/hats and bring umbrellas just to walk on the other side of the hotel for dinner.
