Beds were amazing, room was lovely, housekeeping great. Wonderful breakfast. Everything about the c stay other than the staff was pretty great. The facilities are nice, but unfortunately the service completely overshadowed our stay. While a few staff members were genuinely pleasant, we repeatedly encountered indifferent and unfriendly service, especially from the front desk and one restaurant server. The front desk often took 3–4 phone calls before anyone answered, and when they finally did, there was little concern or even a sincere apology. The most frustrating experience happened at the restaurant. My 4-year-old daughter was hungry, so I ordered a takeaway meal rather than the buffet since we were already leaving. We were told it would take 20 minutes. It took well over an hour. By then my daughter was exhausted and upset, refused to eat, and the meal ended up in the trash. Delays happen, but what was disappointing was the complete lack of urgency, communication, or genuine apology. What stood out throughout our stay was not the mistakes themselves, but the attitude. We consistently felt that the staff simply didn’t care. It’s unfortunate because the property itself is attractive, but good facilities cannot make up for poor service. We won’t be returning, and with so many other hotels in the area offering comparable accommodations, I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Functional clean room. Good location at the Gautrain station Room a bit small. Location is not that good if you are not using the Gautrain - too far to walk to Mandela Square

Service in restaurant was very slow and disorganized. Very few patrons but took ages for food to arrive.
-
Everything was good overall One front desk staff was very rude and spoiled the entire experience but restaurant staff were amazing.

This was a great location to be close enough to the airport and being able to fit in some shopping before departing. The proximity to Sandton City is amazing and the hotel offers a shuttle service between the hotel and mall. The staff was extremely friendly which we really enjoyed. The cooked made the most amazing Boerewors relish for breakfast and it was really first class. The hotel was also super accommodating with an early check in and late check out. For our family this was a great stay.

This is a hotel in what we were told is the "safe" part of Jo'burg. We were out and about quite a bit, and it did indeed seem "safe", but there were a lot of gents around with badges that said things like "Public Security", and a whole bunch of electrified fences around properties. All that being said, this is a perfectly standard, well run Radisson. If you've been in one ... The best part, though, is the Gautrain. You can take a train from inside Jo'burg airport to across the road from the hotel: comfortable, quick, much cheaper than a car. Which is what we did, and why we rented here.

The location its very close to everything and very safe The room lighting, it felt dark. The 2nd day of our stay they had maintenance and didn’t mention it so we had no hot water to shower. There was a food tray seating in the hallway very for 24h…
