Fantastic property, excellent location, clean, great facility. It was wonderful to have a washer dryer in the apartment as my daughter got sick and had a few accidents. Wonderful staff, excellent breakfast. Just a wonderful stay. Great hotel and service, highly recommended. Indoor pool was heated and excellent and was the reason we booked this hotel. Nothing

Indoor pool, access to mall from inside hotel. Valet parking. Restaurant staff and valet staff were helpful and friendly. Very safe and secure inside hotel. To shower you had to climb into a bath... which was higher than average and not ideal. The bath also had aging glass doors around it which were not very secure. Overall room was a little dated. Front desk staff were not as welcoming as one might expect, especially compared to all other staff. I think overall the rooms need a bit of a refresh.

The property is next to the mall. It is easy to walk to the shopping area and return with your trolly all the way back to your room. The spa is amazing. The luxury rooms and surrounds need upgrades. And fumigation.

Nothing Noisy room. Breakfast was awful. Two staff were good the others were indifferent. Photo shows what was described as a pastry basket. Stale croissant, stale danish and not very appetising muffin. Supposed to be served either butter and jam. It wasn’t.
