Nicely located, right across Nelson Mandela Square. Convenient for dining out. The staff seemed untrained/unmotivated. Exception for the restaurant staff. Some examples: My luggage did not follow me after I checked in. I had to go downstairs again after half an hour to collect it, after I called reception to notify them. When I needed an extra plate and glasses, room service asked me to go downstairs to collect it myself. They reply often “I don’t know” to simple questions like “Until what time does the hotel restaurant serve lunch?”, and made no effort to direct us to people who did know.

Breakfast was nice with varied choices most of the time. The omlette/egg station was a hit every morning. The restaurant, Riffs, has decent food but they can be super slow sometimes. A hamburger took 35 minutes. The WiFi is dependable if you have to work. There is a nice pool area to hang out and quietly chill. The staff is very helpful. Check-in is hit or miss, depending on who is working.

Its Location is Outstanding and is at the Centre of Sandton City adjacent Convention Centre, Santon City Mall and Mandela Square etc. Everything is Very Good... They would have been kept a small Refrigerator.

Location near Sandton mall and also my room was great.. Needed some quiet time and the staff at check in were kind enough to allocate me one. No fridge and the lack of proper cutlery

The breakfast was good, the bed was comfy and the room was clean. I particularly enjoyed the fact that they have a restaurant downstairs which is lively. I made a request for champagne glasses and a bucket of ice and the staff did not help with that request.

Overall, the breakfast experience was very good, and I would also like to compliment the staff members for being very friendly, professional, and providing excellent service throughout the stay and your hotel is well situated. There were a few concerns regarding the room experience. The room was not cleaned properly, and the small amenities such as the shower gel and bottled water were unfortunately not replaced daily. On one occasion, I called reception to request shower gel and was assured that someone would bring it to the room, but unfortunately nothing was delivered. As a result, I was unable to shower that evening and had to ask my daughter, who was staying with me, to assist me with shower gel the following day. I trust this feedback will assist in further improving the guest experience.
