Great location with beautifully designed and furnished spaces. Restaurants provided great quality meals with high quality service. Club floor upgrade was a nice treat and when they heard it was our anniversary we received special decor and cake in our room. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend and we will stay whenever we are in Johannesburg.

The 2 bedroom tower suite was perfect for my family and our quick trip. We were not able to receive a late checkout however they let us utilize the business center to shower and refresh before out 10pm international flight, which was lovely. The staff was very kind and respectful. We had breakfast included in our reservation and my (17 yr old) son was glowing with excitement when he learned he could order from the menu AND have the buffet. There was a slight mix up with our breakfast order, but the manager made it right, straight away. Overall I highly recommend this property! There was not a towel in the kitchen to dry your hands, only napkins.

Location , next to sandton convention center , and shopping mall Room size small and twin bed very small, internet is very slow and not stable, breakfast option is very limited , dental kit was not in the the bathroom

Great location and access to shopping centre across the road via walk bridge, great choice of restaurants as well. They also accomodated us for a late check to suit our night time flight back to Sydney.

They will apparently make a plan for the overly expensive glass bottled water that cannot be opened Unfortunately the bottled water is impossible to open and hurts a person's fingers. Elderly cannot get the bottles open and unfortunately the glass dropped and exploded on the floor.

The Sandton Sun and towers was a true 5 star hotel. The staff, room, breakfast and location were truly superb. It was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in and was a good value for the price. N/A
