We were also put in the wrong room.

Bed is ok Strange place and un professionnal service. I was downgraded to a room with a full bed instead of the family room I booked because reception saw I was a solo traveler. However they did not reajust the price and lett my request to get the difference refunded unprocessed. Plus there was no double room available on booking.com. They gave me a contact card with an unvalid email address so they are UNRELIABLE. Last, the location in the city is unsafe and cringe.

Friendless of staff nice and cleanliness Breakfast

The staff was friendly and accommodating, after a snafu with the first night's supper which took way too long to prepare, they tried their best to make up for it. The staff's helpfulness helped get past a lot of the small wobbles that were there. When the supper issues were sorted the convenience especially when returning later in the evening of having a kitchen and bar that is open till 22h00 is a huge bonus, Though breakfast was included in the cost they only began serving at 7h30 we were exhibiting at an exhibition close by and had to leave at 6h00 each morning for the four days they were there they only managed to plan to get us food on the one day and that was as we were leaving.

There was nothing to appreciate The room was very small and there were no glasses or tea making facilities. The wi-fi reception was poor and dstv streaming was not possible.

The room was beautiful , we really enjoyed the stay . On arrival , We were put in a room which was not in good condition but immediately after reporting action was taken , we were redirected in the proper room

The property was very clean I did not like the breakfast I expected more but it was just coffee and something like samoosa's it was not enough,they did not serve us decent breakfast

Two Receptionist and being secured. The other thing they have a backup for a loadshedding Lighting in the bedroom it's a personal preference though, I don't like those colourful lights. I think they need to consider the adjusted one, so that you choose if you want blue light or regular one

The room was not that clean. The lighting in the room a bit dark. They must provide ironing board for customers.

They should have menu for breakfast for people to choose from because their breakfast was very bad that my partner couldn't even eat coz his allergic to the things that was in the breakfast food .. N have extra keys n remote gate control for guests instead of us having 2 wait for them to open 4 us...

The blankets were dirty/stained. Theres no iron and a kettle in their rooms
