The location is close to JHB Cbd, room is relatively clean. What is most impressive was the professionalism of one host by the name of Nosicelo who went over and above the call of duty to assist not only myself but also other guests. She was very attentive, gave exceptional customer services. She ensured my breakfast was on time, warm and fresh, had fresh towels and a working Smart TV with streaming services when the set in my room wasn't working. The room I was in needs a total refurbish. The decor was amazing in it's glory days I'm sure but now it's a shadow of it's former glory, and the bed is horrible it needs to go.

Place is clean, the staff is extremely helpful. Nosicelo went out of her way to assist me, attended to my needs and discomfort with a sense of urgency and professionalism. I loved the bathroom, Wi-Fi connection was stable and Smart TV with streaming services like Netflix. Whole room needs an upgrade, the bedding is old, furniture is worn out no longer the same as advertised, the bed has had its days, it has to go! The decor was beautiful in it's glory days, basically the room could use refurbishing!

Nothing The place looks like a hostel and it is very shady I was unable to sleep there and I opted to look for another place instead.

I didnt like anything, i was fedup by then. As i entered the gate the staff member closed the gate onto the car and damaged the car. The owner/manager called Beauty avoided my calls and didnt come to the premises. The one call i got through to her she said she would speak to her boss and come back to me and she never did come back. The staff member who damaged the car knocked off, she said she was new. The nightshift staff also claimed she was new. There is no accountability there, Stay away from this B&B!!
