Q on First

Very nice and peacefull place. The staff was nice and helpfull. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a comfortable, stylish, up-market feeling place to spend the weekend of my friend's wedding and Q on First ticked all the boxes. Bheki the Concierge looked after me very well and made me feel very welcome. I won't bother looking for anywhere better to stay next time I go to Joburg.

I was warmly welcomed and taken care of in this peaceful, quietly luxurious and very comfortable guesthouse which is in a great location. I will definitely stay there again!

It was my sister's first visit to Johannesburg - she loved every part of her stay. The accommodation exceeded her expectations in every way. She left noting that when she comes again, she wants to stay at Q on First - nowhere else :) Absolutely nothing!

This is most likely more than my sixth review of Q on First B&B. Is is an absolutely exceptional place and space to rest, relax and recharge. Highly recommended whether you stay or visit Johannesburg. Staff from reception, to Manager, cleaning are extremely friendly, hospitable and helpful. They check on you regularly to make sure you are still happy and comfortable. Absolutely nothing!

Q on First B&B is my go-to accommodation to zone out, relax and recharge. The place is clean, peaceful and always exceeds expectations. If you are visiting Johannesburg, do not hesitate to make this your 'home-away-from-home.' Absolutely nothing!

The property was very nicely laid out and the architecture was lovely. Staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious. The mall and other establishments were within walking distance. It felt very secure.

The room was spacious and clean, and considering the price and location, it is an absolute bargain. The property is excellent, and the quality of all the interior items is proper. Attention to detail is slightly neglected. This does not take anything away from what matters, but if attention is given to all carpets, etc, this place will be exceptional.

The staff is amazing. So accommodating for an extreme early check due to flight. The room and ground are beautiful N/a

The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The lady cooking my breakfast was a happy face to see first thing in the morning. She cooked me a great omelette. The location is super central and within walking distance to shops. Unfortunately the shower flooded into the bathroom every time you showered. I told the reception so hopefully it's fixed. When it rained, the TV lost signal but that is understandable.

It's a beautiful place. I was given a room which I wasn't happy with because the doors wouldn't close properly. When I requested to be moved to another room my request was granted.
