Ease of access.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The lunch was exceptional. I have nothing to complain about

This was not a great experience as a result I checked out early and found another place. Between 2am and 3am, on my first night the door to my room was opened by someone while I was in bed. I called reception to notify them of this incident - no outcome came of it. The noise levels were unbearable, I could not sleep until past 4am because people were very chatty and loud by the pool area and corridors and the sound travels very loudly. I could barely find parking upon arrival at around 8PM, I managed to squeeze in by the entrance gate.

Everything! From the very first moment you stop at the gate the friendliest service and greetings from the staff to the comfortable room and mesmerizing view of the city skylines.. everything is just perfect. We can recommend a stay at Appolo any time you visit Randburg area. Nothing not to like. Safe parking and a quiet neighborhood . Close to nearby Cresta where we attend a show at The Cirk. All was perfect.

Staff friendly and obliging and accommodating There was nothing to note

It was spacious and had a few friendly staff members and it was close to church and safe. Our cabin steward was not doing her job to the best of her ability, not changing sheets unless we leave a note, not vacuuming and wiping areas like the tea area, headboard even though some days we would tell her not to come but the days we don’t tell her she still didn’t clean as needed. Some older Caucasian lady was not friendly at reception,she always exhibited a “bossy attitude and face “ when talking to her colleagues the 2 times we saw her and never acknowledged us going past whilst doing that.( we work with guests in our company so a friendly smile and greeting to your guests goes a long way). Our room was in closed spaces ( meaning we couldn’t see outside). I mean if we are booking for 7 days or more we deserve to see outside atleast once in a while. Put out options for us to choose knowing whether it’s closed space or we have a view. We could do with microwaves in our cabins(rooms) as opposed to us having to use a dirty microwave used by everyone downstairs to warm up our food.

Great place for staying in Johannesburg. Friendly and helpful staff, nice big rooms, amazing bathroom.

Receptionists so welcoming, frendly and professional. Facility is clean, secured, quiet, rooms are neat and spacious. I love their bathroom. Value for money definitely will come back?

The room was clean and well appointed. The TV was a bit old and did not have streaming, but I was not expecting it for the price I paid. The location was not the best, but again, decent for the price paid. I did not expect it to be the in th heart of Sandton
