The location. It was in Norwood, and so many restaurants nearby. Safe place. We walked around at night with no issues. All staff were great - Nothonda was particularly excellent. There was loud drumming early in the morning around 4 oclock. I asked the receptionist where it was coming from, and she had no idea. It was annoying- it woke us up.

Nice location Old TV that didnt work. Old AC unit that didnt work. No plug points in the room. Poor wifi

The location was great The aircon wasn't working, the balcony doors has a gap on the bottom so the wind got inside. The wall of the rooms are not soundproof so I could hear people from next door and footsteps on the hallway. The complimentary breakfast was awful and cold. The extra blankets provided smelled terrible.

This has a potential but not yet. Please fix your lifts, the parking, i am not sure if is in compliant with municipal standard. Parking

The location is really good. The staff is very pleasant as well, from reception to the bar and kitchen staff. Very clean bed linen too. The carpets. They need to be vacuumed on a regular. Flared my sinuses. The noise as well, the room walls are paper thin. It got loud as people walked up and down hallway. The bathroom could use some maintenance too.

Central location, safe area I was a bit cold and the heater took a really long time to blow a bit of warm air. There were extra blankets though.

convinient easy to find location, close to shopping area The room lighting was too dark for us, and the manager refused to change the bulb. View from balcony was not nice just old building.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Fòod was good. Linnen good. Bathroom neat. Rooms comfortable. Close too sport arena where my child participated. Very well priced and good value for money. Kettle wire short. Need to boil kettle under the tv table.

The hotel was beautiful. I remember when I saw Ascot Hotel 15 years ago now it’s so different beautiful thank you for your host. Will be back again.
