Location is very good & layout of villa is nice They have very poor services. Staff shut down water supply without any prior info & while staff never understand customer pain, it’s really very painful experience when it comes to their services & hospitality, complete holiday was ruined by their staff, 1. We ordered vegan food & kitchen never gave it a damn to just act as per customer requirement. 2. Showers were not having hot water supplies 3. Staff repair this job in 6 hours & complete villa was without water for 6 hours. 4. Kitchen staff & plumbing staff is a big pain so please avoid visiting this property, will keep you all posted with other such pictures every week

Beautiful hotel!!! Very large room comfortable with nice with mini kitchen and washer/dryer that was very helpful!! Room service food was fantastic, the spa was great and perfect massages! Great facilities! The staff was excellent and very kind and helpful!! Special mention to Karabo, who went out of his way when I arrived to walk with me to a nearby store to pick up a few extra items I needed so I didn't have to go alone. This was above and beyond and so appreciated! Thank you all! This will be my stay from now on here. Highly recommend!!

Stuff was super friendly. Transport was available to closer mall. The food at the restaurant was bad. No hot water just warm.

The hotel was really spacious and clean. The rooms felt like a studio with everything I needed, comfortable sofa, microwave and washing machine. The aircon were in poor conditions

Not enough lifts. It took 20 mins to get down each morning. Genius breakfast didn’t carry thru onto hotel systems

Location Confortable room More concerning, was the difference in treatment between guests. I clearly experienced unequal treatment between white and black guests, which was both noticeable and deeply upsetting. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards expected from a professional establishment.

The room had no gowns and bed slippers. More milk in the room for those of us that don't take strong coffee.
