Booking.com mixed up my booking. I paid for a king room, however, the hotel stated otherwise. I showed my receipt but the way Booking.com managed the booking on the back end meant we ending up in a Queen room instead. This wasn't the hotels fault, they showed me the booking. Just can't trust Booking.com- I've had 4 bookings go wrong recently. Won't use booking.com again.

I fully and completely recommend this Holiday Inn. It was a great location while also being quiet. The staff was lovely, the breakfast excellent, the rooms great - stay here! Nothing at all!

Location is fantastic, connected to the Rosebank mall. eventhough we reached on a weekend whereby the mall closed very early, we were still able to walked around the mall. Room is smaller than expected, breakfast choice is quite good. Room abit small. Otherwise overall is good

I liked the location and breakfast Omelette The rooms are so small. Not value for money. The staff keep knocking to clean. One opened the door while I was in the room. The staff are not very warm. They seemed unbothered.

This was the first time I stay d at this hotel and will return when I come to Johannesburg. It’s in a safe location. You have access to the Rosebank Mall from the hotel. The Hop on, Hop off bus stops in front of the hotel and there’s also a train station there. The breakfast was good, there was a wide selection of food. The water pressure from the shower head was good as well. The hotel is kept very clean and the staff are accommodating. N/A
