Hospitality and friendliness.....the fact that someone came out to assist me with my suitcases.....and that I could leave my suitcases safely on site after I checked out the next day to run a few errands in the city Too many stairs from one side to the next. Fridge did not work. They replaced it with another bar fridge which defrosted during the night and unfortunayely wet the carpet it was standing on

The rooms are beautiful and I loved how authentic everything in the hotel was. Very rustic and gave a very homely feel to our stay. I was very disappointed to find that my room had not been cleaned by 14:30 upon my return, despite having been away since 10:00 that morning. We were then required to wait an additional 35 minutes before we could re‑enter the room. Furthermore, on Saturday morning we informed reception that the hairdryer in my room was not working. Unfortunately, this issue was still not resolved by the time we returned. This caused additional frustration, as I was forced to leave the hotel with wet hair, which ultimately resulted in me catching a cold. I later had to order flu medication on Saturday evening to manage the symptoms and because of this we were not able to go out to celebrate our anniversary.

We stay here as it is affordable and convenient location. The Hotel was clean, and staff fairly friendly. The breakfast is very basic, but enjoyable The room i was in 209, had torn pillow cases, and even the pillow protector was torn. The pillows were so flat, terrible terrible pillows.

My 2 encounters with staff was disturbing. Rude lady at reception and condescending lady in the breakfast place. The food was so underwhelming. The room wasn't quite clean with soiled linen. A huge disappointment for the brand.

It's clean, rooms decent, and staff very friendly. It's also super close to shopping centres and restaurants. I didn't notice or experience anything negative.

Wonderful staff. Clean. Located in quiet, safe neighborhood. I came back to the tel late last night and it was raining heavily. A member of staff came running out to my car with an umbrella. That’s awesome! Made my stay!

The location, the decor, security and friendly staff. The bed is very comfortable. The air conditioner is noisy.

Quietly tucked away from the hustle & bustle of noisy traffic. We had quite a lot of luggage and the distance from the hotel lobby to our room was fairly far.

the room 506 shower sprayed more water on the wall than water coming out the actual shower head. I had no fridge in the room which resulted in my food going off.
