Lack of cutlery.

I didnt get my deposit refunded, i was supposed to get it back within 3-7 working days, its been 8 and i cant get ahold of the building

They advertise what's not available. Very poor service and rigged prices ?

Please change to smart tv, it’s kinda boring without it. Otherwise it’s a great place to be.

good service, very affordable easy to locate and safe neighborhood -we wanted to checkout very early since we were travelling long distance, we were told to wait for morning staff to release our security deposit -id recommend the reception be open for 24 hours, or have someone on call for night assistance

Description of a room, was not what I was expecting

I liked that the staff was friendly and the place was always clean I don’t like when the staff keep knocking even when I don’t need their service, the microwave was not working

Washing machine not working. DSTV channels are very limited, they need to improve on this. My kids were bored.

The location is great. Rooms are spacious. Good facilities. Need to change the beds they are bad. AC of one of my room was not working. Needs a bit renovation.

Guards also are very helpful.

All Good, no complaints. Nothing to take away from the property, but the neighbors were very loud on some of the nights in the night.

The security super nice and friendly and the apartment was spacious Unfortunately, my experience at this apartment was quite disappointing. Despite the host’s repeated assurances that the unit was professionally cleaned, it was not up to standard. The windows and sliding doors were visibly dirty, and there was a stale, musty smell throughout the space. I also found mold in the bathrooms, which was very off-putting. The linens and towels were worn, discolored, and had an unpleasant odor. The couch was dirty and had the same musty smell, so I ended up covering it with a throw just to feel somewhat comfortable. The most unsettling part of the stay, however, was the presence of cockroaches in the apartment. This was completely unacceptable—I don’t have cockroaches in my own home, and I felt terrible for having to settle for a place that did. When I reported this to the host, the response was passive and defensive. Upon re-reading some of the past reviews, I noticed a pattern—similar complaints about cleanliness and pests, and similar unhelpful responses from the host. This apartment is in serious need of maintenance and deep cleaning. What you see in the pictures is not what you get in reality. If the owner truly values this property, they need to invest more care and attention into its upkeep
