Radisson RED Hotel, Johannesburg Rosebank

The room was clean and comfortable. I think they are limited on breakfast lines. they barely had most foods on the menu.

Beds great Bar area upstairs could do with some Little touches

Booking and this place conspired so I was unable to make any changes to my reservation. My booking was changed from free cancellation to non-refundable without my knowledge. The staff nor manage was not helpful in resolving my issues as I wanted to make changes to my reservations. I called the hotel and booking several times to attempt to make changes without any luck. The water in the room will also give you a bad stomach, very tiny rooms for the money. Not worth it! Terrible!

The location was good and the food was great. The room was very small and allowed for little movement.

Not a great hotel. Loud music on floor 6 from disco and sloppy attitude from front desk.

Appallingly slow WiFi which I needed for work. Ended up moving elsewhere

Location is great, great staff, quick responses and friendly Hotel was very overpriced for the offering. It was a basic hotel room, there was no water, food was very average. This hotel is not 4 star, it is an over priced hostel.

I like how quiet and will insulated the rooms were from exterior noise. You don't always get this level of comfort in South Africa at this price. The wallpaper zero behind the toilet had a long black stuff on. Minor but noticeable.

I could hear music up until midnight. I don’t know if it was coming from the rooftop bar or another establishment in the area. I dined inside at the rooftop bar and the music volume was overwhelming making conversation difficult.

Food was not that great, burgers weren’t done. Coffee was ok.

Everything! What an amazing experience! The staff, the service, the comfort, the design, the location were all top notch. Will only stay there in future and no other hotel in Johannesburg. The espresso martinis from the downstairs restaurant were the best I’ve ever had and were so artistically presented.

Bathrooms

Black out curtains. Terrible breakfast.

The infrastructure and location were excellent, near a shopping mall with a variety of restaurants. It was also very convenient for getting on the hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus and the Gautrain to Pretoria and international airport, both with stops at the shopping mall. The bathroom was a bit small and dark.

Its very clean I had a bad experience during breakfast, perhaps, more attention in the kitchen

Security and location. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Parking was a bit of a fiasco - our ticket was never validated properly or the machine wasn’t working

Location location location There's no complementary water in the room. Had to find a place to buy water to drink

Parking fees are expensive and shower was slow to drain
