Great breakfast and cool rooms! We had a great time!

Very convenient location for seeing family in Johnson and on an uncrowded road. Plenty of shops and stores nearby for what we needed, though. The breakfast was excellent every day, and the gym was fairly well equipped. The rooms were large and had a lot of amenities, including a desk chair, fridge, sink, freezer, and glasses. It was a great place for multiple days. Fairly small pool and gym was hot. If you don’t care about these, it was excellent in every way.

We had prepaid for 2 nights. They somehow canceled our room after the first night and then were wondering why we didn't take our clothes with us when the cleaning team came to clean our room. It made for a confusing second night. They warned us that more charges may be coming since we showed to have checked out. The whole thing was strange and didn't leave a good taste in our mouths.

My sister and I reserved two nights to take our disabled mom (wheelchair bound) for the Jelly Roll concert July 11th and paid for the rooms March 29, 2026. Mom was sick that Friday night but we showed up Saturday and The Marriott had given our room away. After being in a van for six hours, we had to search for a handicap room at the last minute and paid the same for one night as two nights at the Marriott. This made a miserable time for our mom, being in that wheelchair for a total of nine hours that day. We had to wait for the room we found to be cleaned. The was our favorite hotel until July 11, 2026. We will never go there again.

Scrambled eggs were mealy and seemed undercooked, and decaf coffee had grounds in the pump pot 3 days in a row.

Super friendly welcoming lady and friendly staff, great stay

Elevator layout was odd, there were two, one at each end of the building. Breakfast choices were very limited. Electrical outlets and charging connectors were very limited.

It was super close to lots of things to do but not right in the city itself. Myself and three of my best friends went on a girls trip for the first time in over 20 years and we plan on using this same hotel for many other girls trips because they were SO amazing!

Staff were excellent.

Very clean and comfortable room. I would definitely consider this motel if I ever come to Fayetteville again. I cannot rate the breakfast as we did not partake in the meal. We left early.

I booked through Expedia 3 days prior, when I arrived I was charged a second time for more... I haven't received My money back, yet it was taken quickly???

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was yummy with good variety and well stocked.
