Staff gave wrong info about booking.com. Inform that my booking was not confirmed. End up re-booking additional room at agoda only to inform a few hr later that she miss out my reservation.

I love the room and toilet as it is very clean. Maybe it's new so everything is okay. Just the sound insulation not that good but so far I did not affect anything. For me it's still tolerance.

The toilet glass panel could have been a little wider so that water wont flow out of the wet area.probably could implement a shower curtain. And There’s plenty of space for a mini fridge. The music from the lobby needs to lowered down as it can be heard from inside the room nearest to the lobby. The WIFI password stamp on the key card envelope can be improved.

Relatively close to the causeway. But no other redeeming qualities, for the price paid. Everything was poorly done. The room was not clean, or ready, despite checking in late at night. When a cleanup was requested, it took extremely long, but yet there were ants all over the room. The wifi did not work in the room, and cellular signal was poor too. In the morning, the staff was extremely noisy in the corridors, and the thin walls would not keep out their constant loud chatter.

Sound proof really poor and bad. And they didnt mention on under renovation which very noisy. the lift smell was bad.

I literally checked in one day after their grand opening Mind u this is their 2nd branch so might want to get the address correct because i went to different hotel initially. Hotel is brand new, clean, comfy bed. But earlier in the morning the water pressure quite low but eventually it better.
