The AC is too noisy. The window faces storage areas, so there’s no sunlight. The hotel lobby signboard is hard to see.

The hotel is walkable to the eateries. Breakfast choices are limited but the service staff were friendly and hardworking.

Right outside the hotel, there is a stench. Very very apparent in the evening + hours. Would have rated the hotel 7.5++ -> 8 if the stench wasn't this bad.

The room assigned to us this time is at level 2 with no sunlight. Either carpet or curtain has bad smell as if a urine smell. There is a water leaking from toilet hand spray. Room number 226 if this will help with maintenance.

Location good Staff not friendly, hotel no maintains, I don’t like room at the corner, contact staff to change other room, they said fully book. But after I use room, hot water can’t use. They ask me change room, WTH, just now they said no room

The room was clean, modern, and spacious with a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was strong. Breakfast was decent with a variety of hot and cold options. The pastries and fruits were fresh, but the hot food lacked flavor. Coffee was just okay. It gets crowded after 8:00 am, so go early if you want a seat. Excellent location— close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. Easy to get around both on foot .

Good location. The room is dark, feels like a basement, the internet is terrible, and the room is not soundproof. When people talk in the next room, it feels like they are talking in mine.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The house services staff responded promptly for requests for additional towers or bottled water. I'd strongly suggest the catering department to consider revamping the breakfast menu to make it more varieties and "exciting" like adding in seasonal flavors. For instance, the breakfast on Hari Raya Aidifitri was the same as normal day. It'd be nice to impress the diners with some surprises.

Unlike other Malaysia hotels that we stayed before, they asked for MYR100 deposit for each room. No face towel provided and you can only ask for 1 extra towel. Only 1 hand towel in the bath room. Getting in and out of the hotel by car is a headache because of traffic jam.
