The water from shower actually leaks to the vinyl flooring and causing it to be wet in the room

The hotel suite is clean and everything works as it should. Staff is friendly and prompt. The location is near many food places and a clinic.

2. The room and the hotel are very clean. 3. The restaurants are all nearby the hotel. 4. Karaoke centre is just below the hotel and music did not travel to the rooms. The room rates are rather pricey as compared to the other nearby hotels.

Nothing! 1 The room is very small, shower area is so small that the wash basin has to be installed in the bedroom area. 2 The bedroom is really a BOX with no window 3 A few staff at the reception show emotionless attitude, obviously don’t know what is hospitality. 4 would not refund unused room-nights if we decided to moved out earlier, even with advance notice.

great location - lots of eateries around, and a family Karaoke just below the hotel! relatively pretty safe area compared to other parts of JB city. staffs are friendly and helpful. the simple complimentary breakfast is a nice add-on for a budget boutique hotel. the bathrooms are clean but rather moldy. time for some serious treatment!

I booked a Standard room and it came with no windows. There’s nothing on the room listing that states that it would be without a window. Thankfully I was only staying for one night. The room could also use a dehumidifier or toilet exhaust fan as it felt damp from the shower condensation. I had several paper documents left out on the desk and overnight, they had become moist to touch. Floorboards were also “bloated” from what I assume could be water damage.

Modern designs, functional for space-saving solution. Free simple breakfast. Incessant noise coming from honking cars in the middle of the night. The property is situated in a cove-shaped carpark which traps the noise within the area in front of the building. The rooms overlooking the street will get all that blasting ? I didn’t have a good night’s sleep. Will book elsewhere more quiet next time.

I really love the location! Massage parlours, eateries, beauty salon just walking distance. The best part is KARAOKE is just 1 floor down from the hotel! At first I'm very skeptical with the place, i thought it would be noisy but NO! Would definitely stay here again when I want to just enjoy the weekend.

There is an economy Karaoke lounge service at the ground floor. Cosy design of the hotel and hotel room. Can access U-tube from the TV. Serve coffee and tea at the hotel lobby (level 3). Nice and variety of mini mart, restaurants, bakeries, drinks and KTV lounge. The flooring in the bathroom was a bit spiky and painful although it provide a very good non slippery & safe base.

It was clean. The location was good. Not too noisy. Only 1 room card was given. There were 2 of us. So it’s a little inconvenient. But overall very satisfied with my stay there.

Location is alright. Like the idea of the karaoke just located at the ground floor. Breakfast was ok. Can be better. Room was not clean up properly especially the floor.
