Tempat strategik. Dekat dengan Mall, tempat makan. In the middle of a attracted place.

No wardrobe, no refrigerator, lack of plug, should have more TVs channels ( Astro ), animal channel, discovery channel....etc. Dusty under the bed .? Bathroom flooring was too slippery, ??? Need to be more precautions ?

The hotel was strategically located at the corner of the street, with a big signboard that read ‘KOHO Hotel,’ making it visible from afar. I thought they could offer a better room, whether twin or double, even for a one-night stay at an affordable and lower price.

The TV reception was horrible, with static and a weird greenish tint that made it almost unwatchable. Since I was on the first floor and the hotel is near the main road, I could hear some road noise. Luckily, I’m a heavy sleeper, so it didn’t bother me, but you might want to watch out for this and consider asking for a higher floor. Also, having an extra pillow for each guest would’ve made the stay much more comfortable.

I came 30 minutes early and the staff a bit rude when tell me off about the check in time. No manners when try to tell customer about check in time. It's was so suffocating when I reach at the hotel. There's no aircon nor fan for us to wait till 3pm to check in.

There was hair in the bathroom and the room given was very old and had a musky smell

The room was kinda dirty and dusty.. with the bathroom door handle all rusty,nearly got cut by it. and the room wall was really thin. Can hear people walking from the inside of the room.

I was not informed nor aware that I had to request a non smoking floor in addition to a non smoking room. I had assumed that if I had requested a non smoking room, it automatically means that the floor is a non smoking as well. When I brought it up to the checkout person, they sounded like they didn’t believe me and didn’t compensate us in any way and looked at me strangely when I told them that it was misleading to have a non smoking room booking but it’s in a indoor smoking floor. ??♀️?
