Location No proper hangers inside toilet, towels over the toilet is a bad idea as they may drop into the toilet bowl

The hotel was very clean,facilities were very well maintained, location was very strategic to the nearest mall and surrounded with many restaurants and shops Nothing

The breakfast exceeded my expectations as it was more like a 5-star hotel in terms of overall standard than a 4-star hotel. I loved their choice of butter used (Anchor unsalted butter) rather than the cheap cultured butter with a weird lactic acid taste that is used in other hotels There should be a separate hand-held shower head because the top-mounted shower head is not necessary for every wash case especially washing of feet only. We cannot be using the water hose beside the toilet bowl to do so as its unsightly and inconvenient

check-in is very smooth. room is very clean, spacious & quiet. the gym is 24 hrs & pool also excellent. the shower can improve. also the nasi lemak.

The staff were polite and attentive. They were able to meet our requests within 5-10 minutes and wherever possible. They had a great breakfast and the food was delicious. It was nearby to Mid Valley and had shuttle services hourly. The doors were pretty hard to close and some of the locks were not tightly fixed (we had 3 rooms in total).

- Pillow smells bad - Water in the sink is very very slow

Service is good, they do try to improve the guest experience by small touches which we greatly appreciate such as providing color pencils and paper for coloring at lobby area, having balloon sculptor at breakfast. Location is near the Mall and everything else that has good food. I must greatly compliment the BED and PILLOWS. Easily one of the most comfortable ones I've slept on comparable with 5* hotels standard Our hotel room toilet door cannot close. Also UnderSink mount beneath the marble top has holes, mould and a cockroach emerged from it. We also expected room service but it didn't tidy up our room. although the second room we booked was tidied, they didn't replenish new floor towels and insufficient face towels.

The complimentary hourly shuttle service to Mid Valley Southkey, available upon request, was a very convenient and appreciated perk. The parking area also well lit and the outlook of the hotel looked great. Certain parts of the room could have been better maintained. For example, the TV remote was missing its back cover, the toilet blinds tended to get stuck, and the room door lock was loose. There was also some mold visible in the bathroom grout. In addition, the TV had very limited channel options and was not a smart TV, which slightly affected the overall experience.

It happened to me that somebody checked in to the same room as me! Something that shouldn't be! Luckily, it was solved immediately. but it can cause me trauma since you dont know when the same thing can happened again

The carpark that has ample lots and is connected to the hotel The toilet shower design. There should be a separate flexible shower hose only for washing of feet should we not require to wash our hair.

It’s good location near to southern key mall

Close to Midvalley Southkey. Comfortable basic room. Poor sound insulation

breakfast selection was great! Wide range of delicious choices. On a very early morning departure they prepared the biggest tasty breakfast in take away boxes.

Excellent breakfast, loved the fresh thosai. Staff were very polite and helpful. Location is pretty good, 5mins walk to Mid Valley Shopping Mall (although u do have to cut thru the mall's carpark) - recommended for those who are okay to walk with their shopping haul. The hotel does offer a shuttle bus service that is once every hour but with very limited slots (better to just walk really). Check in was pretty late, i waited till 7pm. Understand that it was the weekend and the school holidays, but i think this could definitely be improved. What was good is that they were able to inform me that the room was ready through whatsapp.

Location Size of the room changed my room type from twin bed to king bed. although during check in, I would like to stick to my twin bed, but was told they have no twin bed and insisted I take the king bed

Location & In-room dining. The smell of the corridor leading to the room. A bit weird woody smell.

The breakfast spread was very good and offers a wide variety. Room was nice and comfy. The only downside is the tidiness during peak hours as the buffet tables with the fresh food was messy due to some inconsiderate guests. More staff to pay attention to these details would be appreciated!
