It’s just next to the mall There was hair in my toilet that did not belong to me The bed had chips off the wooden area and I was worried it may crack I am on a wheelchair n my room was all the way to the end of the hallway. Wish it could be nearer the lift

The only good thing is that the House Keepers done their Good job and location next to shopping mall. My first stay and Dislike : Long mirror reflect the toilet.. its can be seem from the bed. (Bad Feng Shui) Mirror should be place opposite wall. Such Big Room should have bigger TV. Modern rooms usually feature built-in USB ports. Shock! ? Still using the Old method when requesting for house cleaning. Water Filter tap is outside room at both end corners. NO door stopper, so In and Out to get water, we have to bring out Door card. Beary inconvenient especially on Hot days..4-5 times just to fill up the juice jug! Lastly, the Hotel Systems, wasn't flexibility enough..Cannot check in early even it's on weekday..(only after 3pm) and can't request for late check out.. latest by 1230 noon. They will CUT OFF the TV channel Exactly at 1230noon. ??.. Don't You Get The HINT !! Price wasn't cheap for 4stars Hotel. With this High price, definitely can get better Hotel. If you ask me to return again..Oh No..Better think twice!

Quality and choices at breakfast were not up to our expectation. We expect better food and more varieties compared to the room charges rate. location is good. Staff manning the breakfast Queue was good and cleaning staff were hardworking. Compared to the room rates charged, the breakfast quality and varieties should be much quality.

The room cleanliness and is cozy. The strategic place of this hotel is link to the mall and convenient for shopping and food The check in process not acceptable. Understand that check in is 3pm and the room only available after 3pm. Upon arrival at hotel and while checking in at reception, I have specifically asked the front desk to book in my room somewhere in the middle not at the end. After I received my room key, I received end room and the surrounding there is a renovation work going on. At the end i went down to reception to request to change the room. Staff must be alert and seems that my request didn't enter into system. Time also wasted again to wait for a new room. If rule stated check in is 3pm, room should be made available for your guests, and I can see everyone waited at your lobby with frustration.

Connected to SouthKey Shopping Mall. Breakfast was awesome. Most food was tasty. Pillows and mattress can improve.

The selection of the breakfast buffet spread was ok. The quality of the food was mediocre and the place was overcrowded at certain time of the morning. The queue was up to 30 people long!

Lots of restaurants with wide selections of cuisines..

Room was spacious and clean. Gym facility could be a bit better, but I like there are towels and a water dispenser in the gym.

None. I hv been to many cities and this is the only hotel needs to collect room key at separate counter without early check-in. Never ever in my life cannot get a room key after 3pm the official check-in time.

Location is perfect except that exiting the property traffic can be bad. However you can just spend your day in the shopping mall attached to it which is the main draw for me to stay there. Breakfast is crowded but decent. Rooms are decent size and I was suprised to get a connecting room upon requesting which was a bonus for us! Facilities and amenities are all decent and acceptable. Cleaniless - Toilet bowl had fresh stain - which is totally unacceptable however they did respond quickly upon us calling them to come and clean it again. Bathroom is a tad tight of space as well. Sound proof not great - can hear other guest voices when they walk past our rooms.

The hotel and room is all good. The cleanliness and amenities in the room are great, especially love the provision of water dispensers to cut down plastic bottles. Breakfast provided is good and has lots of variety. The only complaint that I have is the smell of air freshener at the lobby is too strong and short of the feeling of being exquisite.

The coffee could be better.

Breakfast could have been better, most of the items were tough / cold when we visited, like the dimsum, especially the fried items. The fresh egg station is good but a signage could have been helpful for ordering.

The breakfast spread was not up to expectation.

Location Breakfast at 7am is so crowded. Eating alone always ended up have to find another table again as the attendants think I have completed although the OCCUPIED sign is still on the table . Happened to me twice . So I skip the buffet the next day .
