There was no electricity the whole night and we were just sleeping in our own sweat.

The location was quite far and it is within an industrial area but the hotel was quite lively at night with guests mingling and having late meals at the lobby so I guess the vibes is quite alright ?

The carpet felt sticky. TV channels was not clear.

This room was perfect and comfortable for our little family What I didn’t like was that parking is limited. If you return to the hotel late at night, you might have to park farther away

clean room , only at 11:30pm others room members was too noisy ... understand from reception. workers just come back from work

no hot water. You can turn it up to max and it'll still be room temperature. But overall i'm happy with my stay

the staff was very rigid. everything also cannot . request to check out later by 30 minutes also not allowed and ask me to pay RM 75.00 after I have stayed for 3 nights. Aircond not cold at all... The maintenance guy keep on say no issues and even removed out the air con filter and say it will work . but i was too tired to further complain as the staff was not friendly . The room even have lizards roaming around.

Nothing The most Robotic receptionist we had very seen - no expression no smile and we arrive at 12 noon, he did not bother to check if the room is available and just say that the check in time is after 2pm ONLY

Nice location to malls and city. Free Wifi and value for money for a short stay. Room is clean and that's about all. Extra pillow will cost money. Hardly get any hot water for showering. Wobbly basin tap and lighting in the shower area is not working. Door lock chain is not working. Room definitely looks way different from listing page and kind of misleading. Refer to the pictures I took of the room we stayed.
